You might take a look at Dunco Va-Pe in Oklahoma at http://www.texomak-9.com/
I'm assuming you aren't just seeking the Tiekerhook name.
His pedigree is 3/4 the same as Max van Tiekerhook.

Carlos Rojas has Ikke with some Tiekerhook dogs in his lines.
Gipper is in Texas but I like this dog http://www.fbgsd.com/gipper.html
And in Michigan there's Bavaria Yasso and I've heard some very nice things about him. All Tiekerhook on the dam's side and Nick on top. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/389265.html

Eagle is a proven producer have no knowledge of first dog. When looking for a stud dog of any pedigree check what they have been able to produce. Many proven studs (just means capable of producing a litter) out there very, very few producers who will throw quality. Eagle is just such a dog a great dog himself and a producer of quality dogs. I am not looking solely at the tiekerhook name, yes the name brings to mind very good things in the working dog world. I am very interested because I like the power and intensity that the line brings. Also have heard many things about the lines that I like. thanx to evryone for the responses I will now have to do my homework on the dogs mentioned.

Make sure you take a good look at what these males are producing. Alot of pups produced does not = hard working dogs. I'd rather breed to a male that has a few quality, titled progeny.

MI GSD, that is very good advice. That is the kind of homework I am going to try and do....MI GSD, do you know of any Tiekerhook males that produce well. I am looking to breed dogs that have the correct drives to be police k9, sport dogs or family protection dogs. The one thing about Tiekerhook that I am going to have to find out is do they produce toooooo much drive......Thanx
