This one makes me laugh... reminds me of a overzealous cartoon wolf that has missed bitting the protagonist and now looks foolish with his lips flopping up.

This is one of my favorite head (and tongue) shots of my girl... She is 5 years old in this picture. This is her ‘happily tiered’ expression. She’s almost smiling and her pink, heart shaped tongue says ILY!

Before I can tell you what you're doing wrong, I need to know what you're doing;-)
Click the picture tab on the toolbar above, then click "upload" and find the pic you want. Then click "send it to the server." It automatically reduces them now, so you shouldn't have a problem. My camera shoots in huge frames and I'm not having any problems.
