Curious - Page 1

I was just wondering which Male produces good puppies with a good conformation and a good temperament.

I know the famous males that everyone talkes about, such as Ursus, Odin, Quando etc, but which is the male that produces

such good quality now. Is it Zamp? Pakros? Idol? Vegas? Quantum? just curious to know because we always talk about the

great Males of the past but are there any such one in the present?

well, in my opinion Quantum is the best  from whom you meantioned above, about present suds i advise you DITO VAN NORT

Thanks for the reply   I just mentioned the above names because they seem like the popular

choices but i'm not only talking about them. I guess i just wanna know which are the studs that

are considered to be the producing the best progeny right now.

Take a look at V Falco vom Moorbeck he is in the database...I am waiting on a pup out of his next breeding and have high hopes that he will be everything I hope and expect him to be...The pup that is...Most of the better studs seem to all go back to Palme, Quando, Odin, Jeck, Zamb, Ursus and on and on and on...Which is not to say there aren't other "boys" out there with better or equal quality, (there are) the girls play a big part as well in breeding so as they say, it does take 2...For whatever its worth check out the names of the "breeder" and that should give you a clue as to who is who and what is what, even the best sometimes produce duds...While sometimes even producing something special...Beauty is in the eye of the beholder now isn't it...

I am not the final word on anything just sharing some thoughts aloud, take them or leave them, its your call...I know what I want from a GSD as far as pedigrees/breedings go and where I can get what it is I want...I either have or am getting just that, what I want...
