To all those who offered advice, and hope for my Golden litter, with my bitch who had Mastitis, here is the update on the situation:
Monday Morning, June 25:
I rushed Jazz into the vet, first thing, and had her examined. The vet found she had a VERY MILD case of Mastitis, because I had discovered it so early, and it wasn't all that bad, but had the potential to be, had I not brought her in.. He prescribed 250mg of Clavamox, four times a day, for 7 days, and it's safe for the puppies. That was three days ago, and now, the breasts that were inflammed, and felt like cottage cheese, are getting better!
As a thank you to all who helped, even though it wasn't about Shepherds, I thought you'd all like to see a picture of the babies, at 4 days old. Jazz had 11! 6 males, 5 females. I do call her my "Fertile Murtile" LOL,
THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN, YOU GUYS TEAMED UP TO HELP ME OUT, THANK YOU SO VERY, VERY MUCH!

Good for you for taking her to the vet so quickly, instead of waiting for opinions to filter in on this list - not that opinions are not helpful, but waiting for opinions is not always in your dogs' best interest. So end result - healthy female, healthy litter - puppies look great! I think it's neat that they all seem to have different shading/colors - good-looking litter even for a "Golden one".

Beautiful babies. Glad it turned out ok for you. It must have been a pretty scary time.
