On any particular titled dog, is there somewhere a layperson can find infomation such at ZW score, dog's height, etc?

The only reliable information that can be easily found is the dog's ZW, and of course this is only available if the dog's ancestors are registered with the S.V. and the dog received a passing hip evaluation from the S.V.. You can look up the dog by name, kennel, or registration number at this site: http://www.schaeferhunde.de/site/index.php?id=688
If you use the kennel name, do not use von, vom, etc. as part of the kennel name. Also, be aware that if two people are trying to look at the same dog, the S.V.'s database will only allow the first searcher to see it, and the second must try later. A better source of the information that you seek is the CD-ROM published quarterly by the S.V..

I was able to find my dog's ZW score.
What exactly does this number represent?

Nevermind. Thing I've got it figured out by the old "google" search. My dog's are at 77 and 69 respectively.

Rezkat, for an explanation of the ZW as applied to hip production, please examine this article by Oli: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/picturegallery/10.html
