WTB female GSD in the fall - Page 1

I'm looking to purchase a female GSD sometime after mid-October.   I will be driving to pick up the female so she must be in one of the following states Kentucky, West Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware or New Jersey.

I'm wanting a girl that is between 1 and 4 yrs old, must have already had hips x-rayed and verified free of dysplacia.
Prefer a low drive female that is good with children, cats, other dogs (including small dogs, big dogs and other females).  Must not have a penchant for destructive behavior.  Also highly prefer a female who is not a barker.  Must be friendly with people and easy to handle. 
European lines only (show and/or working).   NO American/Canadian show or pet lines
Must have full AKC registration
Already housebroken would be great.
I will give the most consideration for a female who has a CGC, TDI, RN, CD, BH, HIC or similar. 
I'm looking to spend under $1,500.

$1500.00,good luck...most trainers i know charge 1200/1500 for BH,hip x-ray and submission to OFA-(250.00) at the low end...purchase of a decent working prospect(500.00-3000.00)maintance training/ entry fees/club dues 300.00-500.00 yr.(national and local),plus gas and time to travel to different venues and alternate training sites, akc registration/dna-150.00,i hope you find the perfect dog for your family...but i can assure you that you've set an unrealistic price...which could very well draw the scam-artist out from under ther prespective rocks!
