Just a quick note . Why don't the people that advertise their dogs for sale put in price for pet or breeding in their ads ,so they would not be bothered with people that do not want to pay their price.

I really don't know. I guess it has its pros and cons tho. On one hand you would only be getting responses from people who are willing to pay for the dog. On the other hand, maybe you might want to lower the price if no one is buying them and you don't want people to know that you're lowering them. I like it better that a breeder keeps it between them and me. I don't want other people to know that I paid 4,000 or 7,500 dollars for a dog. I wouldn't be able to go to work. I would have to stay home and guard the dog so no one would try to steal it. Also don't need my family intruding onto my personal expenses. It would be nice if there would be a system tho. Like this:

Price A,B,C,D.

A= under 1500

B= under 2500

C= under 3500

and so on. Probably a better way to put it, but you get the jest of what I'm saying.

Hello Carol,

If you click on my name and see my advertisements.. you can see that I do not have the price listed. That is because the dogs that I listed up are not my dogs but helping out a friend who does own them. I honestly believe that I do not have the right to price these dogs and feel more comfortable having my friend tell the potential buyer the price, rather than I. If people who's interested in the dogs that I list up could simply call or email the proper owner and then ask.

Its a good question Carol! When I was looking I tend to look over the ads that didn't have prices thinking I could not afford the dog, but I would have gone around $4000.00 for the right one. I went the puppy route.

Initially, I decided to just ignore ads with no price as I figured the dog must be so outrageously overpriced the seller was embarrassed for everyone to know how much they were asking. Now I've had a change of heart. Anyone who doesn't list a price in their ad deserves to be bothered. Maybe if they are bothered enough, they will list the price in the ad!!!
