Well, the vulva often stays swollen during pregnancy, that is normal, but the discharge is more worrying. Are you quite sure she is pregnant? If not she could have pyometra which is very dangerous. I went through this once as well, being very worried that it was pyo but it turned out to be just a vaginal infection. As we were not sure if she was pregnant (this was in the first couple of weeks) we used a dilute vinegar solution wash 3 times daily instead of antibiotics, this alters the pH of the vagina and does not allow bacteria to flourish and is something you could try if you definitely rule out pyometra. The infection did clear up after a few days but she turned out not to be pregnant that time. Incidentally she had been checked for infections prior to breeding and was clear so I am not sure how she got it. She has since had two normal pregnancies and no recurrence of the infection. But I think the most important thing is take her to the vet and make sure she does not have pymetra (infection and pus in the uterus) which is life threatening.

clear discharge can be normal but green or brown could mean infection, or dead/decomposing puppies. Best to take her to the vet -

Exactly right above; green discharge could mean dead puppy(s); best to take her to vet for exam
and ultrasound to check on the puppies and to be sure mom is ok.
