Okay, I am tired of discussing dogs.  Yes, I know.  Hang me :)

I don't visit any other sites, just this one (Oli, I deserve some kind of attaboy, don't ya think :-), that is why this offer is here.

Anyway, anyone out there a Spurs fan and want to make a bet on the Cavs vs Spurs series?  I'll take the LeBron's, er, I mean the Cavs.  Probably in seven.

Keeping with the concurrently running thread about ice cream, maybe we could bet a large Banana Split ice cream, (I pay off my bets, always, and will PayPal the cost of whatever the bet is), or you can come up with what you want to bet.   Think of something innovative and unique, without being nasty or mean to anyone.  I am in Ohio, so it would have to be something I could actually deliver if I lose (which I seriously doubt).

Big Cavs fan here!  We went to the Indians game last night.  After the 7th inning we left and walked over to the Q where they had big screens set up outside for the fans to watch.  We watched the 2nd 1/2 of the game out there.  There were probably over 10,000 people outside watching.  It got rather nuts when the Cavs pulled ahead and won!  Its about time for Cleveland Fans :)  So of course we want the CAVS to win the finals!!!

As a Native San Antonian, I'll take that bet!  GO SPURS GO!

GSD2727:  yep, it is good for Cleveland after all these years.  They have been feeling like they were cursed.  I have friends there that never cared about basketball since I've known them (late comers :), and now they are on the band wagon.  I have been a B Ball nut forever.  I guess it is the same for every city that gets to the big games.  The Indians and the Browns have been SO CLOSE (sigh...) (remember Red Right 88 and Jose Mesa), so many times.  Maybe, just maybe, this is the one.  Cross your fingers.

altostland:  My son is in the Air Force stationed in San Antonio.  But he is for the Cavs.  I expect him to get beat up a couple of times in the next two weeks :)   But as the old saying goes around here:

Cleveland, ya gotta be tough :-)
