Hello everyone I am hopeful that Dateline will pick up the story of Max but I encourage any and all of you who wish to see this case more thoroughly investigated to go and comment on it as well...For this is a numbers game if the numbers are there... They Will Come !

Dateline would do one hell of an investigation, that's for sure! Hopefully they pick up the story and expose Deputy Crook.

I called the police dept. public info office(PIO) 1-301-932-2222 to confirm the accuracy of the story.It appears the deputy shot the dog with a .357 magnum revolver, then reloaded it and shot him a 7th time.I cannot imagine a dog shot 6x with a .357 would be any threat to anything.When I asked if it's true this is the 3rd dog he shot they refused to speak to me anymore.Does or has anyone looked up the mayor of this town's phone number?I d call there.

Whoever posted the link about "precious" the Pit Bull Terrier needs to provide them with that link as well, and write your thoughts on the phenomenon now known as "Family pets are executed if they get in the way of Law Enforcement" as the question... How are we to keep our pets "Safe" if they are not even Safe in our own home, backyard, garage,....

Maybe that's what should go on the poster ??
