I always wanted to have a shepherd that stayed looking like a puppy forever, it would also be much easier to manage too compared to the two monsters i have now. maybe someday if i'm lucky

What a cutie! Here's the agility page: http://www.pueppy.de.ms/

But what gives? The sure have a lot of dwarfs! They must have a sire and dam who both carry a recessive gene for it. Are they DELIBERATELY breeding these dogs?

And I'm surprised by how healthy they are! Most dwarfs wind up losing a lot of their fur due to thyroid problems.

Maybe someone who understands German better than I do could have a look, and comment. Dwarf GS's are genetic misfits with all sorts of health problems, and no breeder in his right mind should be doing this deliberately. Unless this is a one in a million case where the dwarfs are, for some reason, fairly healthy.

It was a pleasure to read that website.  Very touching testmonial of some wonderful dog owners and a very special little dog with a big heart of gold.

Unofficial translation of the health page;

 Next to my Mom, my littermates and my family I learned of the special human species "Veterinarian" relatively early in my life.  As of the 2nd week of my life I had idfferent appointments at various vets.  They diagnosed besides my "hyphysaeren" Dwarfism (which the vets did not immediately recognize my absolute good healt.  My complete blood coung, my organs, my skelleton (Hips are A-Normal as recognized by the SV) and my energy level were completely normal.  As however the growth hormone TH3/TH4 was not sufficient as for a normal dog, I could not grow to a normal size asl my littermates.

My first (and also last heat) unfortunately was not normal but wound up being a permanent heat with corresponding discharge, so I had to be spayed.

My family researched matters related to dwarfism on the Internet, in research papers and book, to avoid the typical hair loss associated with dwarfism.  Unfortunately after I reach 1 1/2 years of age, was almost completely without hair, I received a human medcine for the growth hormone.

In general in specifically it is not only said by veterinarians that dwars are not as robust and have a weak immune system.  Now my family and I cannot confirm this.  With respect to healing my humans as well as my 4 legged friends envy me.

Today I am 4 years old and do not require the medication anymore.  We hope it stays that way.

Hello Sunchine, thank you translation. Unfortunately my English is not enough for the translation of my homepage (many special words). Can I build translation into my homepage?
Best thanks.
