carlin those vehicles are always driven by someone as opposed to nobody driving them, dam you are losing it.
GG it apears you have some research to do.

shtal, what qualifications do you have to say what science is or isn't, let me guess - NONE. did you even graduate high school?
why do you keep asking yrself stupid questions and then giving those stupid questions stupid answers, coincidence?
you are a liar and i can prove it.

hey least i get when something is being driven it usually implies a driver, yr acting like a loose nut behind the wheel tho so you may have a point.

Good to have you with us, SevenPatch !
Another quote from ggturner:
"Hundmutter, the Bible is the 'word of god'. They are one & the same."
Surprised you didn't put "So there !" after that, gg.
That has about as much impact on me, or answers my point
about how strange it is that documents supposedly giving the written
'word' are never referred to by their 'author', as if I had snuck up
behind you and shouted, like some Pantomime Dame, "Oh no it isn't !".
PS Nice to have you around again, Moons.

Quote from Carlin:
The funny thing about science and inductive reasoning, is that those vehicles are always being driven by someone, often already having decided where they wish to go.
I agree with you regarding inductive reasoning as it is often driven by a premise. Inductive reasoning is the mistake made by proponents of Intelligent Design and creationism.
Unfortunately, said proponents mistakenly believe that is what science is, when it is not. Science and the scientific method seeks to remove or greatly reduce cognitive biases and use deductive reasoning, not inductive.
Inductive reasoning is a sure sign of pseudoscience as can be seen regarding ID. I see Shtal is trying to equate science with faith which is a fairly pathetic attempt to justify his bias. If you want to be honest with yourself, why not actually research and learn about the theory of evolution instead of confirming your bias by reading creationist propaganda websites. Surely if the ToE has problems, they should be easy for you to identify instead of propagating straw-man arguments and logical fallacies to confirm your preconceived beliefs.

Hundmutter,
I could have sworn I brought up the significance in the all powerful "word of God" and if there should be a need for presence.
Hmmm.
