Lol... You guys are still on this?    Bottom line. ........  Is the dog in a safe home today?  If so, that truely is all that matters.  If not, shame on those who can actually do something about it; get off your tuff and protect the dog. -------  as for the money, not up to any of us on the Internet.  No matter if you agree or not, the courts have the final say.    As for everything else... So what?  If you have this much energy to devote to an argument that you cannot win.....  Please use some of it to go play with your four legged friend.  They will appreciate it more than strangers on the Internet.

Knowing how breeders handle their clients and sick puppies is necessary. .. Some breeders take care of their business, some start posting accusations on internet. The future puppy buyers can learn from this.

Sure. In certain cases you can depending on the bank and your relationship with the bank.

Yes, the bank would know. But why would i even think it wasn't cashed?
