And I am not the only person that has major issues of the same and greater magnitude ,with this man.....My contract is not as intricate as half of the breeders I have talked to before I had my contract drawn up....I have copied many of the contracts used in Texas and they are pages long and are very rigid,,,,My contract is not near as rigid as many others, that even have you fill out an interview page with over 25 questions.....before they even talk to you about one of their pups...or dogs .

"don't know how difficlt it is to get a restraining order in your area"
Not sure how other states break it down, but it is not possible to get a restraining order in the Massachusetts Small Claims Court,, whose jurisdiction is limited to cases for money damages "at law" only. Even judges in the Massachusetts District Court (the lower level trial court with jurisdiction over claims under $25,000) can't issue restraining orders except in a very few limited actions such as domestic abuse complaints.
Almost all Complaints for restraining orders and injunctions do not fall under a court's "at law" jurisdiction, but rather "equity" jurisdiction. So in Massachusetts, to get a temporary or preliminary restraining order and eventually a permament injunction, you would need to file your Complaint in the Superior Court , which is the highest trial court. This applies to any request for equity relief, even in cases where there may also be money damages that would be well below the Superior Court's $25,000 money damages threshhold.
So before rushing off to the local court with a request for a restraining order, call the court and explain your problem to the Clerk, who can tell you if the court has the jurisdiction to issue such an order.

Restraining orders are very difficult to attain , but there is another way to go...You go to the sheriff office of Co you live in and file an attempt of criminal tresspass on the person, and the sheriff fills out the complaint, the sheriff looks at the facts , and they ok it and then deputy takes a copy to the person that is filed on, and he has to sign it and receive it...Its called a Criminal Trespass Warning" and I have it right here in my little hand.....white copy goes to dispatch, yellow copy is mine, the conplaintent and the pink copy the Suspect gets....If person withthe pink copy comes on your propert any time in the span of one year from the date on Warning issued , the go to jail....sentenced by judge . Complaintent has to refile again in one year.....The restraining orders are very long. very difficult to get, and take a long time to get facts before a judge....In the meantime , problems can occur that arent solved...the Criminal TRESPASS serves the purpose.....
