Ya, I think your right sueincc. The Department of Homeland Security has a report out along with  a fusion center document and of course the MIAC Report all dated Feb, March, April 2009. Here are some quotes from the DHS report. But first .. remember the Military oath ? It is inherently a right wing extreme recite along with the oath of office for every elected official. Interesting huh ? When these "reports" came out we were on it like flys on shit and Janet was forced to retract the reports. Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr were named in the reports as recruiters of domestic terrorists because they/we defend the Constitution !!!! The reports say Ron Paul bumper stickers. (LMAO now how messed up is that ? ) Gezzz I have all my barn roofs painted Ron Paul Revolution. I should prolly refresh the paint for 2012. {:DUHA:} Evidently her retracted I'm sorry didn't mean anything because these reports are the ONLY reason why this Marine Jose Guerena was concidered a "high risk warrant" and that's why the Military is so hell bent on Justice for Guerena and his family.  http://www.wnd.com/images/dhs-rightwing-extremism.pdf

"the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks"

"Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to right-wing extremists,” it says. “DHS/I&A is concerned that right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize veterans in order to boost their violent capacities "

The only decent thing about this Jose Guerena execution is that it hit the heart of the First Marines.

Here's the MIAC Report .. (lol)  http://www.constitution.org/abus/le/miac-strategic-report.pdf I know I'm concidered a "Domestic Terrorist". Hell, I went to the DHS website in 2009 and took their test and scored a 31 of a possible 35. (LMAO) Ohhh well, I gave all my personal info in order to take the test, it was mandatory !!! Phuck it .. I'm not scared or ashamed to defend the Constitution. I'll take a bullet or a bunk alongside America's finest.

I put the 2nd page first (lol) and you prolly can't read it because it's too small ... sorry. There's 3 pages, the 3rd is just a Military response and a bunch of siggys.

I think I must be misunderstanding your post because it sounds like you are suggesting the government is "executing" (your word, not mine) military veterans with PTSD because they see this as a solution to the issue of right wing organizations taking advantage of and deliberately recruiting vets afflicted with PTSD  into their organizations.  That would be utterly preposterous.

Surely I have misread your post.

This is for Slam, who requested info.  These are not my sources and I cannot vouch for any of it because I have chosen to stay away from it for personal reasons.   You will have to research and evaluate these testimonies individually and come to your own conclusions.  In order to do that, I suggest you try and listen to each witness and then research their backgrounds.

I do know of some researchers who think Dr. Greer's work is 100% authentic.  I have been told that our military has some of these anti-gravity craft by a well connected person, but given no facts or evidence which can be checked.  And I myself have never researched it.  I know a little bit about space war and its huge buildup, but not the UFOs as IFOs or the EBE/ET hypothesis.  If this video moves too slow or boring you can skip a head from one witnerss to the next.

Check the speakers at 45 minutes, and then 56 in (you can advance to that Slam). Dr. Greer is a well respected MD who says that these folks have checked out to be 100% and all have authenticated backgrounds which prove that they are who they claim and worked in capacities they claim.

Maybe I should have said everything I wanted to say in the first post then you would understand why I brought up the fusion center report, DHS report and MIAC. Sorry.

I spent my July 4th 2011 on a Military air field .. all day air show and fireworks at night. I do almost every year but this year was different. It was a invitation only closed event for the first time ever.

This PTSD is a serious thing and I learned it first hand on the 4th of July, because alot, and I mean alot of soldiers that have been home from over seas and some that have been here for a while freak out at the sound of pop pops, booms, just simple fireworks. It's like they snap and become so paranoid they can't stand still, eyes get all animated, start moving around fast in a panic ... some of them needed to be calmed down for Gods sake. Later it was mentioned to me "that is PTSD"

.. if this Jose Guerena had this PTSD from combat (I know he was in combat because of his military record) ... I'm saying "if" because I dunno if he did have PTSD .. but the SWAT team said they threw flash bombs in the back yard before they opened the front door. What if this Jose Guerena did have PTSD (diagnosed or not) and it kicked in with the flash bombs like half the Army soldiers did at the fireworks ?

What if ?

It's just wierd you brought PTSD up on this thread .. if he did know (not saying he did noone knows) but even if he did know it was the SWAT police .. having PTSD and hearing flash bombs in your back yard ... it wouldn't have mattered who was out side.

This brings up a whole new question now, did he grab his gun before or after the flash bombs ?

Don't get me wrong though, what Jose Guerena did was not illegal. What SWAT did was illegal. Just so you understand me. But you bringing up PTSD gots me thinking.

My claim remains the same, this kind of oppressive swat gone wrong is an example of hyped up militarized swat teams making home invasions using thin or bad warrants and bad judgments, and this is all based on the creeping tyranny caused by the nazification of our Govt after the 911 false flag/standown attack, such as also expressed by the new American Gestapo, Homeland Security and its illegitimate child the TSA.

There are other factors behind the emergence of these illegal unConstitutional militarized swat attacks in residential areas over minor or thin warrants such as long histories of intel, alphabet and Govt corruption with massive illegal drug trafficking into the USA, sales of thousands of high powered weapons to Mexican Drug Cartels, training and financing of Mexican drug cartels (some captured leaders, one in Chicago in particular, have come forward and said they work for the US Govt), massive money laundering by certain wall street banks (wachovia just got caught and paid a very small fine, & no one was charged with criminal offenses--this should have been a 20-life felony for top execs responsible).  And those responsible for planning, ordering and running the secret illegal Operation Fast & Furious, a false flag attack on the Second Amendment, should be indicted for criminal RICO, manslaughter or murder of the US Border Patrol, accessory after the fact, obstruction of justice and misprison of a felony.  These are heavy crimes and upon conviction carry 20 to life with no parole and perhaps death if treason or sedition is charged and proved.

More creeping tyranny?  Come to your own conclusion.  I guess it is okay for a judge to lie and provide a false statement and then retailiate by forbidding any video in the courtroom any more. Is this a good example of one "being above the law"?  There is no law that says it is illegal to ask a hudge a question outside the courtroom.
