Mitch I had offer your wife back your money back when she called and when she didn't want to return the dog than I had no choice but to pull my offer. And then when I emailed you wanting to come out there to evaluate Abby you sent the email which was posted above. As for my dogs including Abby being abused, well this is a lie and your ducking my calls and emails proves it. I had also contacted the man Mike West when this happened and he had told me that he really doesn't know you except for you contacting him wanting him to refer clients for your puppies. I was also told that he is no longer a police officer and that there wasn't any investigations going on from him.
My question is when you return the crate after 2 months from the time of purchase that I had loaned you to take her home the night, why did you not say anything then. All I heard at the time was how pleased you were with her. Then I don't hear from you in almost a year from purchase telling me you were unhappy with her.
Then you steal the pictures from Andy's owners website and display them on your site when you don't even have her on your website made me think that you don't have her there to start with.

The only concern was that the girl was ok, now I have to go by his word here and move on as I have since I last posted on the 18th of April

Well one site www.shepherdsbydesignk9.com looks to be a new one as the other site doesn't work. I don't know if you ( Sock Puppet) were refering to that one as being junk. unless you were saying that www.guardianangelshepherds.com was the one you saying is junk

If you saw issues immediately after bringing her home you should have brought the issues up. You buy an 11 month old female and have her for a year, then your wife tries to get the money back without returning the dog. There might be a smell, but I think it's coming from you and it is rather fishy smelling. If Abby had these "major health issues" that were never told to you, where is your proof? Where are the vet records showing this? Where is the temperment test showing the dog has temperment problems or is showing signs of abuse?
For another thing, why are you making comments about his wife? His wife is well taken care of. I know this for a fact.
As far as the living conditions of his dogs, you just contradicted yourself. You said you were not allowed back to see them and then you stated the dog's living conditions were low and unhealthy. Hello, idiot.
I have full trust in Chuck as my breeder and I am eagerly awaiting my next pup from him. If you can't handle what he posted, maybe you shouldn't put yourself in that situation by sending idiotic emails. Maybe you should tell your wife not to call the breeder begging for your money back a year later but refusing to return the dog. It pretty much shows right there all you are interested in.
Also, you signed a contract. I know exactly what is in this contract because I have the same one. You state if he wants to try, "bring it on". You also stated it was a threat. Maybe you should try reading what you sign.
BTW, the correct spelling is TRIED, not try ed. Now who is the hillbilly?
