the point i was trying to make was that all the things you need in a working dog are genetically there if you know how to look for including what you are saying which is all nerve related and proper upbringing and putting the right foundation in a dog youe dog will never have aproblem with sticks and helper driving them.because again nerves are program genetically if you have apuppy showing good nerves at the age of 8 weeks and you the handler do proper foundation and socializing of the puppy you will not see any of those problems.if the genetics are there for intense prey and proper biting behavior and the grip and nerves and strength these are all genetic qualities if you start with these, the only thing will mess this up would be you and  nobody else but you.hope this clarifies it.have a nice one.
