The 'forcing' of USCA members that left and found out they could participate in USCA events if they joined the GSDCA (one of the organizations USCA was excluding their members from) Is a byproduct of the JA. The irony of it has been discussed many times before and USCA looks a little foolish. It is what it is. There has been discussion and a By-law change proposed to apply the exclusionary clause to board members only. I think and have advocated this revision would serve USCA in a better capacity I would ease some of the emotions of many that left. The dog world would be closer to harmony.
Your example demonstrates the need this country has to make the minimal GSD resources that are out there available to all.
