I have to say, if I were forced to approach a strange Pit Bull staked out or a strange GSD staked out, I'd pick the Pit, every time.

I love my Pits, and I love my GSDs...but I appreciate their TOTALLY different traits. And none of my dogs leave my property to accost innocent people and their livestock. If they did, I could not hold it against someone if they shot them.
Another saving grace is that most people don't recognize my Pits for what they are- they think they're too small, LOL!

Very GOOd Idea the owner will have no rebuttal on a dog full of paint!!! lol
When you hold the paint gun.>>>LOL
We have pictures a whole disc of them.....no deny the ones we are fighting...4 dogs including a pug , a weinie dog and another small and the bull dog...all where they do not belong..

The dog has a jaw but actually he cannot use it...it doesn't meet the top jaw in this case...this is not the dog but a pic of what the officer said...
I am quoting an officers discription... ..

Don't feel bad, I was struggling about the missing jaw thing also. I get it now.

In many states you have every right on your side to shoot a roaming dog on your property that is menacing/attacking your livestock.
I'd get a bag of cheap reloads and get in some target practice.
