MAINLYMAX

Here are the geographic locations.....My early training
came from west Berlin, which as most people know
has been the captial for dogsports in Germany for
100 years.

But this is the hot bed now.....

Does seem like the Belgiums have the training down and some of them the breeding as well. Some very very good trainers there. I both Schutzhund and Belgium ring my favorite of all the dog sports

I meant to say they are great trainers in both schutzhund and my favorite of all dog sports Belgium ring. They are always in top placements and now you see a lot of other countries using their bloodlines My fingers are too big for this darn keyboard so I always make mistakes hitting too many keys at once

Max,
Bart Bellon is going to out my way this month.  I am planning on going to his seminar.  I think it would be very interesting and worthwhile.

Bart works his dogs out of a club outside of Antwerp. This is
hands down the best NVBK club.

I hope to start a NVBK Organization here,
we have one USA judge now, Carlos Ecabar.
Very nice person.....It took a long time for this
to happen, but Carlos applied and was finally accepted.
A bit of dogsport history for the USA. He Is in Texas,, Huston.

Bart has helped schutzhund people all over the world as well.

SLAMDUNK,KOOS MADE THE SAME STATEMENT TO ME. HE SAID" SLOVIC AND CHECK DOGS ARE SHARP BUT HAS NO COURAGE." THAT IS A DIRECT QUOTE!!

by tenmon on 15 December 2010 - 17:12

In the movie the hunt for red october there was a moment when Sean Connery was top side of the sub looking out to the ocean and, I believe balwin was with him, and they were enjoying the moment.  Nothing said!  Why is it that this continued bickering, sarcasm, and back biting has to continue not only on this thread, but every thread?  Why can't we just sit back, watch the track and enjoy the moment.  Put yourselves in each or these high competitive individuals, both handler and dog and just ......enjoy the moment.  This was an exceptional track, handled by an exceptional person that accomplished what most of us aspire to by an awesome dog!  So shut up and savour the moment.  I'm starting to get turned off by this site.  Nuff said

Sable,

I wouldn't read too much into his statement, it would be like hearing a Czech or Slovak breeder say WG lines are all sport. I think you will find outstanding examples and poor examples of a working GSD from any of these lines. I have had a mediocre dog from lines Koos heavily linebreeds on. In the future I will avoid anything line bred on Fero and that's just personal preference.

Amazing that no one has an opinion of Koos and his methods in this video. Anyone?
