Don't forget, DD, that she has NO training yet, either. But she can tell the dog is talented and "was born to be who she was meant to be" because of the wheelbarrow test. Whatever that means. Something like "exceptional in her potential," which I think means that she really really might turn out to be good but is nothing right now. Apparently that is not the same as the "potential" that her brother has.

And the BREEDING PROGRAM? Would anybody now like to dispute the fact that she is BREEDING A PROGRAM?

I was born to be who I was meant to be too, D. Unfortunately that doesn't mean rich and famous. Or talented. I guess human and female is about all it means. So I guess the dog in question was born canine and female and that's about all the phrase "born to be who she was meant to be" means....Besides "in a wheelbarrow" or "in a hoarder's collection." Poor bugger.
