Ellen Degenerate sure isn't perfect. Isn't it this thread that says she's done this several times - or was it my MIL who said that? (She follows this silly entertainer stuff; I couldn't care less about puffed-up people who aren't really important.)
If so, Ellen should realize she ain't any good at having dogs and should stop "adopting".
That said, I think the rescue group just broke instead of bent. They should be a bit flexible and use common sense. The dog was uprooted again from a place he probably loved.
I know Ellen wouldn't win a lawsuit because they DID have a contract and she violated it, but that doesn't mean the rescue couldn't have bent their rules and softened their hearts.

never liked ellen.......ever. don't think she's a bit funny either. because of being upset over this dog thing, she took a couple of days off. one of those days was the day keith urban was supposed to be there to record a show. nobody bothered to tell him that ellen was "indisposed." that was just wrong! now i really really don't like ellen! i believe keith's appearance is supposed to air 24th/today. yes, i am a huge keith urban fan. he is a very polite and considerate person and would never have treated someone in this manner.

oooops. that's not correct. more current infos indicates that his performance will be aired nov 6. well, whatever. sometime soon at any rate. i just think it was downright rude that nobody bothered to inform the "guest" that ellen had taken a couple of days off for personal reasons...........
