Are Contracts for selling pups useless? - Page 6

I think PSP hit this one on the head.  Horse sellers are notorious for trying to sell their two horses that they couldn't keep and tell the buyer what can be done with them after the purchase. It usually goes something like this," I won't sell you one for 1500 but I'll only sell two for 2000. Then you can't sell either of them individually. You have to keep them and feed them and if you sell one you have to sell both."  Problem is, they think they retain control of the animals after the buyer purchases them.  No leg to stand on, legally. Rights of ownership goes to the owner. Whoever that is at the time. I've never seen a contract trump the right to private ownership.  That said, I think this buyer totally sucks and I hope the next dog he buys bites his nuts off on the way out the door.

This has been my observation within the horse world. Don't know if it's any different for dogs.

This sort of shit would make me crazy. I think I would definately be a dangerous person if I were a breeder. Hope you get the baby back and to a decent home.

I am Tripl'H German shepherds      the other is vom vielenbache   He named the dog Jeremiah vom vielenbache     He left off my name on the data base on perpose he told me ..on the registration papers and on the contract it says  Tripl'H will be the first name on the application and remain there and if removed the seller may choose to take legal action as this is my DBA registered in the galveston co courthouse.  He then made a entry into the database of   Tripl'H Mahalia vom Vielenbache  with my two dogs Bear Jerome and Tripl'H Arma Tiac as the parents...No such dog exists.....I did not sell him a dog of that name and he did not pay on a litter from those two dogs......He paid on Crissy, on Our dogs   female and there is a pic when she was 12 weeks old   Her owner died in Feb of this year after cancer battle and her picture is on the dogs for sale , a current picture, and a new name Krishi......he renigged on that contract and i gave him his 100.00 deposit that was suppose to be 300.00, on this puppy Jeremiah he picked up from me on 4-24-07   He took the akc papers and dog...and the next thing I know hes for sale on a site......and I was emailed by him last night that he will not resell me the dog at this time; I called him yesterday and said to meet me Friday and I will give you the 600.00 plus the 100.00 deposit he paid on Theta and she had no pups nor did Dressa   ....a dry run at my kennel.....he has contracts on all of these deposits and on Jeremiah....but he said    who cares" and he wil do  with this pup what he wants but i had till sat to buy him back  ...Now I am not going to be sold the pup....why I do not know.....I hope the dog is not sick   scares me to death....   I did not put my dogs on this database    He did and the info is not correct on some of it  not dates, no ofa no nothing and no pics    I hide from no one , but this site has some wierdos on it and I chose not to disclose info for that reason except now I dont have a reason not too. I have a long list of references and I am who I am   ....Adrian Ledda was training Crissy(Khristi ) when her owner got sick   ....she has to go to a working home.....he renigged and told me he couldnt afford her    turned around last week and offered me 700.00 plus two pups back for her....no way Hosea..........I am going to prelim her but already know shewill be good or better...her power in her hips andback legs are like a herd of cattle   You can hear her run across my property all the way in the front., I will not reduce her.....and I will sell her with limited registration until she is titled or has her ofa at 24months .      Pepsii and Dieter are Jeremiah's parents....Tripl'H in front of each  of them  He put Dieters pic and pepsii 's pic and Arma Tiac's pic    I havae not look at it for a day or two .....

Yes so what is that all about??? One name gets some heat so he uses another kennel name until things cool off? He also breeds ather breeds of dogs. It's hard enough learning about the GSD how can anybody master that many breeds?

Gee Thanks for informing me of the lying son of a gun .....He said he didnt remove the name    No ,  why" he said..."Because I left it off when I put it on the database?   my reply   DUH, yeah, and why would you take it off on the database and then make up a Pedigree andpost a Tripl'H Mahalia vom Vielenbache that does not exist....?" and I informed him that I had a friend tell me how to edit it and remove the tripl'h and the parent info.....he didnt buy a pup from these two , and he didnt pay down on a pup from these two ....   and his reply was that he didnt want anyone fooling with his pedigree and somemore lies that didnt make sense and I told him so.....he sat at my table with his Preacher right there, and signed a contract that states "A pup is sold with AKC puppy registration and must have the Tripl'H name be included first on the dog registration in the name...Any attempt to alter this name on the applicationd, that will be filled out before the dog leaves premises,will be fradulent and seller may opt to take lagal aaction as this name is a legal DBA registered in the legal records of the Courthouse in Galveston, Texas.

cont'd post  2.  and it goes on to address the euthanization without my consent by written consent, and how to care for pup, feed pup and is three pages long signed and dated and listing sire and dam and is printed in black and white and color..  

I am appauled.at thisman,..when I discovered the database entry with tripl'H missing I emailed him and ask him point blank  did you remove tripl'h from the application?  emailed back by him   "No" why" because I left it off when I put it on the germans Shepherd database ? my reply"Duh yeah and proceeded to toll him to fix it...He said he wasnt going to ...he would name his dog any thing he wanted to and the contract wouldnt hold up and his lawyer would tell me so.....I replied   You better go get you another attorney then   He said he didnt care about the database, and he did it that way to keep people from messing with his pedigrees and he would know who did it   I toldhim I removed Tripl'H and he said    who cares"  and I had till Sat, today to pay the $600.00 as listed on puppy find or he was selling the pup to a man sending him a deposit .  Then emaile dme to bring the #100.00 non refundable deposit or dont bother to waste his time.....then emailed next day and    now its   I have decided not to resell you the pup at this time.........Now Jenijenjen, I know why   If I bought my pup back Id see the akc registration with my name removed............Lies Lies and more Lies..... anyone suggest what to do now?  Thanks Jenijenjen   I never went to akc and sometimes I can pull it up right to get the number.....but I have good help at akc  and they have been registering my dogs for years..

And this is the first  uncothed person that has removed my name from the application in all these year.....a lot of people have never sent the apps in, but thats a different story......

You know , it would be ethical and honorable, since he has done so much untruthful actions here, to be nice, since he doesnt want th dog,any longer to just sell me back the pup, for the $500.00 dollars that I paid him, and put an end to the craziness....The poor puppy knows hes not wanted,,,,,,for whatever reason....
