True Ninja. Maybe I should just say international forum. Either way, if someone has the credentials Yellowrose writes about, it would be very unprofessional to engage in promoting conspiracy theories on an international forum.

gg, actually I haven't posted conspiracy theories, but facts, actual occurrences with hard govt documents and court records open to anyone that wants to dig. And the off topic section is precisely the place for these discussions. Folks that don't want to be part of them have the choice to skip over and not read or not comment. I have tried to lay out the larger actual factually based root causes for the tyranny, misuses and errors of swat and the needless shooting of harmless family pets accompanied by extreme anger and some of the vilest profanity known (in front of women and young children--there is no excuse for this). Now I will tell you the "rest of the story" about the militarization of the police and the centralization of police power/the shift of the control nexus to dc. You can choose to stop reading right here or choose to believe or not to believe. It's your choice. I take no pleasure in this post.
Here is what our central dc planners in ho have been instituting since even before 911. Police depts accross the nation, the bigger ones first are approached by the feds (mostly intel). If they sign a letter of agreement to shift jurisdiction to the feds when the feds request, they get free weapons, armored cars, high tech expensive equipment. If they don't agree, things are typically done to discredit the chief and see that he is replaced by a player. There have been reports that chiefs of major depts have been approached and had duffel bags of unmarked bills plopped down with a statement to the effect, this is "off the books" money for anything you want to use it for. Just cooperate when we need you. Once and a while we may want to do training exercises and we can't do them without your agreement and cooperation. I heard of at least one chief that refused. Many chiefs had "training trips to langely" and came back with their attitude somewhat "adjusted". Some have said they were told that the US was essentially under martial law since 911, and that eventually there could be a complete military takeover in the future due to unrest, thus the activation of northcom. That foreign troops could be used to help out if urban unrest occurs due to the collapse of the monetary system under int'l agreements and treaties. One chief came back and said, these people are nuts and refused to sign the letter. He retired a while later but didn't talk about it much. There are plans to move foreign countries into the USA in free trade zones FTZ as international territories like indian reservations. The first one is a 50 mi square area in Utah. I hope this is stopped, because it will give a well armed foreign govts instant military bases here in the USA. Has our ho and higher ups sold us out on the alter of globalism? I don't know for sure, but it certainly looks to be so and I think all the heads of and top officials at ho, batf and TSA need to be fired and indicted for numerous crimes. The way things are going I think the police may eventually be replaced by regular military and foreign troops unless we take our country back like Iceland has done in the last few months. Congress is the worst govt that lot's of k street money can buy. It's been bought up and controlled except for a few brave patriots there. And they are often ignored and marginalized.

I remember a Professor at the University of Georgia when I took some Ichthyology (fish health and disease treatment and diagnosis) courses there responding to a veterinarian in the class. This Veterinarian kept referencing sources for his information. These sources were his Koi club members who had a sick fish. After the 4th time of these unsubstantiated claims the Professor began to ask this veterinarian if these claims were "Test or Testimonial." The answer was always "testimonial," here say unsubstantiated claims from other unknown sources. The Veterinarian quickly stopped making these unsubstantiated claims in the class. I am firm believer in having actual factual first hand information, not just stories from other people.

Okay, one can read the highly criticized MIAC report. Policies for poliicing have been set at hs. The big concern since 911 has been the possibility of "domestic terroriism". The govt does 911 then blames it on the muslims and now shift blame for terrorism to the people, while letting in thousands of muslims and allowing radical mosques. The returning vets are to be watched and some prodecures have been set up to keep them "under control", which involves using VA hospital doctors to DX up their charts in order to claim they are unfit for gun ownership. There is a move at the top of hs and the aphabet leadership and top beltway officials to "disarm" America just like Canada and Austrailia were disarmed. One must ask why? In any nation becoming a police state it is of paramount importance that citizens be disarmed. Reason: much harder to institute tyranny. Like right before the revolutionary war, the British ordered their soldiers to start going door to door to disarm the colonists. Why? Because King George knew that the colonists were getting too independent and too strong and unless they were disarmed england could not dominate them and tax their "excess" wealth. It was this door to door seizure of arms in some areas and occasional seizing of homes for boarding british troops (and not apying for it) that was the immediate cause of thje reviolutionary war. Take the organization, Jews for the Preservation of Firearms (I think Alan Korwin of AZ is their head now). They listed every major incident of genocide in the world (over 40 if I remember correctly) and in every case the poeple were disarmed before it occurred. Folks need to find out why northcom has been activated and why 80 miles in from the SW border has been abandoned to mexico.
An interesting question is why is there so much "charging up" for acts by the public which already have been ruled legal, like taking video recording of the police, taking photos while travelling, etc. Why are law abiding citizens being rousted for imaginary crimes that are doubled or tripled in some depts? Answer because this is on of the policies coming from hs. It goes like this, "Charge em up, don't worry if the charges are dropped. Wear them out, we can tolerate no exceptions, cut people no slack. If we are going to stop terrorism and keep control of the public we need to wear them down and let them know who is boss. Don't wory about lawsuits or public opinion. We'll take care of that."
Slamdunc, okay, let's discuss real govt documents that I provided, the Finders case. Read them, check for their veracity and then let's discuss. Then we will go to the WPLG lawsuit. Then we will go to the BATF illegal secret operation fast and furious, now stopped cold in its tracks because it is admitted it was illegal. Then if that isn't enough for you I may provide more docs.

It is the "I'm right on this one allegation so everything I say must be accurate." I find your posts to be incredibly inaccurate, with out merit and for the most part completely nonsense. Because of that I can not take anything you post seriously. My only hope is that the other members who read your posts can see through your nonsense. Obviously, your PHD is not in Law Enforcement, community policing or anything to do with science. Basically, anything where facts and substantiated information is needed. The first part of my last post and the one before it was hearsay with some informed speculation. Folks can believe what they want. They can also look at this info as possible hypotheses to check out themselves. I always say folks should do their own research and believe nothing without actual, verified documents, or iron clad verified sources. I think when the NY Times and all major news services say that operation Fast & Furious actually existed and was immediately stopped when exposed publicly and there are congressional hearings about it, then it is impossible to discount this and say there was no such secret operation.
When Finders docs are now public and were thoroughly researched and verified by a congressional committee, new services, independent researchers, and the research staff at USNews and World Report who had the courage to write an article about it, and the investigating agent admitted he was outraged at the coverup, then this is verified fact that it occurred and the doc prove it was a secret cia operation because it was admitted to be so.
When there was a lawsuit in which the cia sued WPLG in Miami (an abc affiliate) for a week long seriies with vie\deo reports and dea testimony that the cia was bringing massive amounts of illegal drugs into miami, the cia lost the suit, and jurors said it was proven in court that the cia was doing massive illegal drug trafficking, and the depos, affidavits, transcripts are all available, then this is a fact and cannot be denied.

Some may be interested in listening to Col. Craig Roberts recent interview. This police officer is one of the most highly respected police offcers in the country. I doubt that there is any police officer worthy to fill his shoes that visits Oli's site (I know that I am not). This man is a proven Police Hero and also investigated the Murrah building bombing.

A new case of police abusing their power and using excessive force. This kind of behavior seriously harms the relationship between police and the community and places police and the public at increased overall risk. This case involved bullying, not listening to bystander/neighbors and use of excessive, unwarranted force. This kind of case can easily result in a rock solid 42 USC 1983 type civil rights case. If the USA eventually goes to a multi-national UN or Nato military police force, expect the local police to themselves be pushed aside and treated with this kind of tyranny in more intense form. If the NWO is accomplished as our dc central planners are working so hard to create under nafta, cafta, gatt, wto and NAU and SPP, local police will not be trusted because they come from the communities they police.
