These add nothing new but just reinforce that the militarized police swat attack home invasion of the 24 year old combat marine was unjustified.  They found nothing illegal.  Owning a semi-auto AR is not illegal, nor is owning a vest illegal either.  Most police officers I know have five of more guns, issued pistol, approved backup for off-duty, and personal guns such as revolvers and rifles and shotguns for hunting, since hunting is popular in my area.

It is obvious at face value that this was very poor police work through and through.  Grouped affidavits rely on guilt by association.  There was no real probable cause for the search warrant against this Marine Vet.  None.  If one studies the affidavit one will notibve the Marine's section was inserted inbetween the other suspects with felonious records. Every one of the police inviolved, including the desk jockeys and judge that did the paperwork should be charged with criminal negligence at a minimum and the shooter manslaughter or second degree murder (depending on the specific AZ statutes).  Of course most folks realize there is a tendency in the legal system to cover for police, and judges cover for their own, so it is going to be very difficult to get justice for this Marine's wife and child.

I have read a lot of police reports and know how they are written.  I also know how departments scramble to "cover their asses" in a bad shooting like this.  Obviously they are grasping for straws by trying to suggest that the Marines gun ownership was illegal and using that as an excuse to justify their murder of him.  There could also be some subtle racism at play here perhaps.  Some police automatically think that chicanos are all the same and if one sibling is a drug dealer or user, all the other siblings are too.

In general this was very poor and incompetent police work at all levels,  poor investigating, poor preparation of this grouped affividavit, a very poor, weak search warrant, no adequate oversight by the judge who signed it.  Look if the investigators can't provide clear cut evidence, then no warrant should be obtained because there is no probable cause, as is required by the US Constitution.  Result, one dead Marine who served his country and had no priors, no drugs in his home, one dead neighbor from crossfire, and impending personal lawsuits against at least one police officer.  All unnecessary and due to poor, incompetent, unConstitutional police work at all levels.
Unless there is a strong public outcry and a geat deal of pressure applied to stop these police abuses and incompetent work, there will be more of these bad results in every city.  And it would certainly help if the US Govt stopped importing illegal narcotics in massive amounts and provided high powered weapons to the drug cartels and gangs.

Another recollection which may help explain how some of these controlled deliveries have been done.

I once talked to a pilot who flew for a major airline as a cpatain.  Sometimes he would make air frieght flight.  One time he was sent on a flight to Colombia.  When he did the required walk by, he noticed that the payload on pallets looked like drugs.  He told the cargo kicker that he didn't feel comfortable with this stuff on his plane and that he was going to call the tower and tell them to send customs. The cargo kicker told him that if he did that he would be blamed and would probably be "disappeared" since they were in Colombia and it's not like the USA down here, and they he said, let's get into the air and you can call it in when we are in international airspace, which is what the pilot did. When he landed in Miami, US Customs and the DEA was there to meet him and they told him, "thanks for calling us, looks like you identified a suspicious shipment".  Later on the pilot found out that all the paperwork supplied by the cargo kicker to Customs and the DEA was correct and the drugs were allowed in as a "controlled delivery".

I know of another air freight pilot that used to fly for a fairly large, well known air freight company.  Sometimes there was extra work "without flight logs" which payed very substantial bonuses.  He was offered some of these flights but refused, but he knew some pilots that took them.  He said he was told that they would bring engine blocks from mexico to a major auto manufacturer. In these blocks some of the time were drugs. He was told that these were govt approved flights so there would be nothing to worry about.

More news on the BATF criminal operation Fast & Furious:

BATF retaliates against the HERO that blew the whistle on this criminal program.  This stand up Hero has put his country and the people first.  He deserves the gratitude of every free US citizen for doing huis job the way it should be done.  God bless every one of these Hero BATF agents that came forth and too a stand for justice. This Hero is not a member of Oath Keepers, but he is functioning the same because he did what was right because he takes his oath seriously.  Remember the name of this wonderful BATF Agent and National Hero VINCE CEFALU.

This retailiation has been done a great deal against govt whistleblowers.  Looks like the BATF is a RICO criminal organization that needs to be prosecuted as such.  This is blatant raketeering and a disgrace to the Citizens.

The higher ups that planned and ordered this criminal operation need to be indicted. How high does this go inside the beltway?  Does it go into the white house.

Another story relating to creepy tyranny spewing from the beltway criminals was published today.  Looks the the dangerous unlicensed, unregulated Xray scanners at airports that michael chertoff is making millions off of (former head of the new american gestapo homeland security)are causing cancer in the TSA operators.http://www.infowars.com/cancer-surges-in-body-scanner-operators-tsa-launches-cover-up/   So obviously the TSA doesn't care a whit about its employees at all, of course it cares even less about the American air travelors.  Unless stopped TSA is planning on expanding checkpoints and Xray to all public venues including railroad stations, bus stations, shopping centers, sporting events, road blockades.  You will be xrayed in your vehicle as you travel down the road by an unmarked TSA white step van, highly carcinogenic and completely unlicensed and unregulated (and against all FDA regulations).

Funny how you did not address my post about using common sense and credible sources Preston.

In 1776, America was more deeply divided than at any other time in its history. Large majorities in the states stood opposed to breaking away from colonial rule by the King and England. The American Revolutionary Army was poorly trained and equipped. It stood against a powerful leviathan, Great Britain, which was at the time the most powerful military in the world. British agents and soldiers routinely violated the liberty of American colonialists prior to the war in much the same way the TSA now violates once hallowed principles based on English Common Law and the Magna Carta and our Constitution.

The colonial patriots that formed our great Republic demonstrated that perseverance and loyalty to the ideal of liberty and a determined struggle to resist tyranny always wins out against great and seemingly insurmountable challenges. That is our history which has made America great.
Washington's call for "perseverance and spirit" rings as loudly today as it did in the darkest night of 1776. Americans are now rediscovering their unique heritage and the capacity for stubborn resistance in the face of what appear to be daunting challenges.

The TSA and federal govt in general, is learning that the American People are now discovering the lessons of their history and heeding the call issued so long ago by George Washington and that first generation of patriots. More and more Americans are looking at the Declaration of Independence and our US Constitution and starting to connect the dots.

Perseverance and resistance will ultimately lead the American people to stop this creeping tyranny of the federal govt and will regain their liberty and will restore the constitutional republic our forefathers fought so hard to establish and keep. Awareness is the first stage of change.  As ugly as it is, the TSA and its parent the new American Gestapo must be exposed for the tyranny it is imposing on the US citizens and air travelers.

I agree with the history lesson on American independence and that TSA has gone too far, but I do not believe in a "new American Gestapo."

You still did not respond to the credibility of your sources.

gg, I have cited court documents, govt doc released under FOIA, and info from very sound sources.  I am not going to disclose names of informants for obvious reasons which you should understand based on your profession.  I might know a lot more than what I have disclosed.  Bottom line, the evidence supporting my hypotheses is overwhelming.  I provided copies of actual US Treasury Doc released under FOIA on the "finders" operation.  Have you read those in detail?  Let's start with that and then I may give you the name of the Congressman who made these available to me. Let's see if you can debunk these docs.  I know for a fact no matter how hard you try, no matter how hard you try to deflect, change the subject, attack or discredit me, those docs have already been verified a number of times independently and are rock solid. I have told you about the lawsuit brought by the company against WPLG and explained where the docs are.  I have read most of them.  No matter how coy you try to attack or deflect, you will get no where because these docs are available and set in stone.    Sorry, but these are real and they are proof of what I have stated.  Fast & Furious has been proven to exist.  It cannot be discounted or shoveled under the rug.  You have been given a great deal of verifiable evidence. I wish I didn't know what I have presented in this line of posts.  But this is the way it is and we all need to work to expose it and change it for the better if we want to save our country.  One more thing, gg, there may be more going on in hs than what you or most are aware of that may lead some who know to view it as a new american gestapo. What if it is being run by foreign offshore interests that are noty only unAm,erican but want to destroy the USA and these folks are buying, bribing and manipulating many of our politicians who are compromised.

I would expect that we can all agree on some basic things.  It is good to obney the Constitution. It is good to practice the golden rule (do unto others as you would have them do unto you), we need good honest service oriented police and good public support for them, we need an honest federal govt that works for citizens not against them and represents the interests of the citizens, not the large offshore controlled wall street banks and int'l corporations.  We do not want expensive foreign illegal, undeclared, unprovoked wars that are bankrupting our country.  We DO want our borders sealed and our mainland protected from drug cartels and illegal immigration.  We do not want our country stripped of all jobs and assets under nafta, cafta, gatt, & wto (so-called fre ttrade which is unfair trade and hjob and asset stripping in reality).  And we do not want our govt and intel trafficking in illegal drugs into the USA and high powered weapons to the drug cartels.

ggturner,
Thanks for those links.  Stolen AK assault rifle, every law abiding citizen has one of those.  Funny how preston couldn't read that correctly.  Thanks for bringing this thread back on topic.

Just read the last page on this thread. Funny how some folks REALLY don't know or understand RIGHT from WRONG. As I know it, it is a Federal crime for an everyday person to own a bullet proof vest, EVEN in Arizona.
