Any one who wants the whole report can ask for one at the contact information in the heading.

So, it still appears that there is no evidence of neglect. That the issue is "only" a parvo outbreak? That in itself is scary, but I'm happy to read there's no neglect or abuse of any kind. Outbreaks can happen but as long as they are doing their absolute best at cleaning and preventing further outbreaks, then their name should be cleared.
I hope no more pups die and the ones that are sick, recover. I also hope their name doesn't continue to be bashed merely because of a parvo outbreak.
