Posting pictures of someones house is an invasion of privacy.

Sorry Thomas and Betty, there's nothing illegal or unethical about posting the pictures, no personal information was involved. The photos are public record and connected to the property owner, not the tenant..

If the pictures are public record then provide a reference. Otherwise you're making stuff up as you go along.
It's an invasion of privacy for the owner and the occupant/tenant, unless there is a final determination in a court of law and the pictures were released by the court. Any kind of release or case number will do. What is your connection with this case?
