So all else aside, what was wrong with the original check you were given?

Keith go back and read, this is second time you are asking something TH has already posted..get real man! Take off the sunglasses and put some readers on!


It was posted several times that I was paid  by Ms. Williams upon the return of Corrado. I never received the cashiers check that allegedly was sent. Upon notifying her of this, she accused me of trying to get double my money back and extorting her. I have bank documentation showing not only was the check never cashed, but Ms. Williams stopped payment on it the day she received her court summons. Even after she stopped payment, she continued to post that she paid me and bought back the puppy back. Attempts were made to get her to  re-issue another check, but she refused.

Clearly there was a certified check issued to her; who knows what became of it.

I'll ask again, you said the dog had a broken jaw, do you have actual proof of this or did you just read it from posts in the past, did you just hear about it, did the breeder tell you this, did your second cousin twice removed who dated a girl who had a brother who's best friend went to jail and heard it from his cellmate about the dog with the broken jaw tell you about it....OR do you have actual proof from a Radiologist and if so could you please post it

And Keith, not that I owe you or anyone else an explanation, but many, many years ago after leaving a very abusive marriage with only the shirts on are back I had to depend on assistance to get on my feet. My ex- husband with no thought or concern for what it would do to my children told the county he was paying child support so HE wouldn't get in trouble with parole and therefore I was charged with fraud for not reporting income. I was never convicted of anything...therefore not a felon let alone a violent one.. .......... I worked my way off assistance and raised 3 sons without the benefit of child support for almost 20 years.

My son went through a nasty custody battle 3 years ago and the childs mother showed up uninvited to a family gathering. After being thrown out she tried to say she was assaulted and filed a restraining order. It was not permanent and since then she has filed so many false claims against so may different men that she was arrested and charged for filing false police reports. A order of protection was placed against HER indefinitely until she could get her act together. My son was awarded custody of his son and is  raising him as a single dad.

Keith, so do you have any statements from the vets showing and injury to the puppies' jaw..the ones Jennie did not bring to the court? I want to see, your word is against judgment of a judge in a court.. I have to go with the judge.

Does Jennie have a certified mail copy  showing that TH received the check???? Maybe you can answer these questions for her since you are so eager to?

Exactly who knows what came of the check.. but is has been proven in court that it was not cashed by TH... so she took Jennie to court. and WON since Jennie was too busy posting on a forum... about something important, more important than a court.
