Michele,

Yes Pharaoh has excellent pigment, he is so cute in the above picture, I couldn't imagine him with a big white spot on his chest or on his front feet, he would look odd especially he is all jet black, they would be so conspicuous on him.

Nona YOUR whole premise for this topic is in your original post.  YOU asked:

"Any opinions why the white is becoming more and more common....."

I  merely asked  how you came to that conclusion.  WOW!  Apparently that simple and logical  question is enough to send you into an overly defensive hissy fit as usual.  In fact I took the trouble to very politely, clearly and concisely  answer your question in the second paragraph of my first post.  I guess reading comprehension is not your strong suit, but that's not my problem.  This is not the first time you have gone off just because someone asked you to clarify or explain or back up your position or your claims.  You need to examine what is so lacking in yourself  that makes you insecure to the point where you feel threatened by simple, logical questions.

AGAIN I WILL ASK YOU MY SIMPLE AND LOGICAL QUESTION.  WHAT LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE  THE  WHITE IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE COMMON????????  THIS WAS YOUR STATEMENT NOT MINE.   IS THIS SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO ANSWER THAT YOU TRY TO OBFUSCATE THE ISSUE BY RESPONDING  IN SUCH A BELLIGERENT AND ARGUMENTATIVE FASHION?

I have a friend that went to look at a litter of White German Shepherd puppies and passed them up because they had white spots on their chests too!  I wonder why in the White German Shepherd these white spots are becoming more and more common...........................

LOL, Just kidding...

Gosh, Nona, what an astute observation regarding the ugly little white spots on chests and toes! You must be a real expert on GSDs to have noticed those pesky blemishes and researched and documented the fact that they are materializing more and more frequently. Thanks so much for bringing them to our attention, because heaven knows none of us would ever have noticed them on our own. And I think you're right about that foolish standard, too; why on earth do we keep trying to pretend that the old standard still applies today when it's so obvious that the dogs have changed? Thank heaven we have you around to sort all this out for us, not to mention to sort out which posters on the PDB are worth listening to. We owe you a lot. I sure hope all your puppy buyers know that.

I am not defensive, I am not mad, and most of all, "you few" do not intimidate me at all......Actually you all entertain me.......Much love to you all.......

VM, you post on this thread and the first thing you do is address me.....Wow, isn't that obvious what your intentions are.....TOO FUNNY!!!  If you don't like what I say, just leave me alone......I don't care that you don't agree with me.....I have never addressed you first. Thats because you and your kind are not a threat to me.....I can totally ignore you.  Just wish you could do the same with me....That way I wouldn't have to defend myself.....

Now if you would have read the words in the message box on the OP, surely it very easy enough to comprehend the bases to this entire thread........Since I submitted it, obviously its an observation I made.....DUH......

BTW, you and your little clan have a tendency to bait me into saying something about our puppies.....Its really none of your business as I have never used this forum as advertisement or a means to brag about our babies.....So your fellow false accuser from the your safe haven forum that claims, as she put its, "pushes backyard junk and they are the greatest working pups" need not worry about our puppies........Why are you all so curious.....Could it be the puppy in my avatar caught your attention....Guess it because they are very much junk from the backyard type right........

Just so you know, those white spot don't bother me at all.....Its the sticks that people own and call them GSDs....You know the ones that are tall leggy with no substance....Now thats offensive as hell.....THATS just my opinion......

From nona's original post:

"Any opinions why the white is becoming more and more common.....
This is what the thread is about, not anything else.......Lets keep it on why the white is being produced more and more....."

Nona you made the above statement. Asking you where you got the above information is a fair question.

So did you read this in an article?

Or is it a personal observation?

People are naturally curious about how you came to this conclusion. Why don't you tell us?

My guy has a white spot right in the middle of his chest. It didn't interfere with him getting an SG in the Sieger show in Ulm. So apparently it isn't a big deal to the SV judges.

If they don't bother you, Nona, why do you call them "awful"? Just askin'.

If the breeder still sold a puppy and the new owners ended up with the puppy they wanted ... why is this even being discussed?

Sticks with no substance...hmm Jackie sounds about as far as you can get from any dogs I am seeing at training, unless they are Malinois.

LOL oh yeah Nona, what are you smoking? The pup in your avatar is the envy of everyone...NOT! It's a damn puppy, nothing to be envious over at all, unless you post a video of it working nicely with calm full grips. Absolutely obsurd to say so. Talk about tooting your own horn.

Maybe I'm dumb, but I thought the "awful" was sarcasm.
