Thinking back on the video I should have saved, it really bothers me. Julie Martinez calls herself a dog trainer?
This dog wasn't even high strung...Wasn't aggressive, didn't really do anything but stay just above shutting down.
Oakley could surpass that poor dog, and she's had no formal training at all. Julie and daughter should be ashamed of themselves...I'm not a fan of using food treats for training, but for some dogs that's a good choice...This guy was getting all the wrong treatment...GGGRRR.
As for the bitch run off the field by the Ecollar who hid in a tent to avoid the ecollar...I think I'd take a baseball bat to the handler, then shove that remote where the sun didn't shine. That's not dog training, when you have use electronics in place of brains, and what the handler did in that case is abuse. No two ways about it.
I know that Ecollar usage is hotly contested on this board. That its use is absolutely essential for some people to get their dogs to work, and abhorrent to others. To me, in too many hands it is a torture tool, used to inflict punishment on a dog when it embarrasses its handler at a trial or a show. There are those who use them correctly, such as Slamdunc...But in the hands of too many people, it is unnecessary and is abusive.
I'm out of here...Just checked in and read this thread again, wanted to throw up!

If you click on the copy in your phone, you can choose "send." It'll ask you how you want to send, such as email or bluetooth. Pick Bluetooth and send it to your home computer, if it is on airport. Or to someone else's if you don't, such as me.
HOWEVER, since it's HER video, if you posted it on youtube I'm pretty sure she'd do a copyright infringement complaint, because after all we will not have her permission to use it. Still worth keeping in your computer for future reference...

Wow and I thought it was just Fenwald that use to be there that had complaints. Crazy that people still buy from them.I guess it is all in the name and not the quality!!

Kazz, to be fair, here is a followup on at least one of those ripoffreport.com complaints:
"Spoke with Julie 6/7/09 and resolved issue. We were having communication issues due to the fact that she had her two beloved dogs die in quick succession and was having to deal with all that issue involved. I had no idea that this had been going on until 5/9/09 but I wrote my report on 5/7/09.
so while I was here thinking she is not returning my calls because she is avoiding me, in actuality she was just trying to deal with the situation at home. I wish I had known."
Be fair when you're posting complaints. If the person gets resolution, that should be noted.

That still doesn't ok the horrible "training" if you want to call it that. The video speaks for it's self. Most likely these dogs lack drive in the first place and what is left is being crushed by their crap training.
