 Habanaro,

A really important question is whether YOUR ears ever stood? LOL

by hodie on 04 March 2010 - 04:03

GREAT STORY JIM about Bernhard and Boomer. I am laughing so hard my ribs hurt. Bernhard is a tough guy, but I can just see and hear him do just that. He also is no fool! What a fun guy he is. I certainly have enjoyed spending hours with him just talking about everything. His whiskey is still here too. He is someone I am always sorry to see go and whom I really miss seeing more often. I wish like hell I was in a position to come up when he is there. Please, please, give him my best regards when he comes.

Ears up? Serious about killing the sleeve (old fart)

Ears back? Coming in for a landing (full flaps, Gear down)

My little 10 year old  pocket protector (11 years in July).  Ears back means "put the darned camera away and let's DO SOMETHING".  The rest is just backtalk/sassiness :-).

Did I evaluate her correctly? Am  I qualified to be an armchair quarterback now?

Edited to add:  The female in my avatar doesn't have her ears back.  It just looks that way because she was letting the gentleman in the photo check her dentition and had her head tipped back so he could see them better.

No, sorry Diane, the reference to ACQ is meant to be specific I think. And none of us, certainly those who have posted here on this thread to date, qualify because none of us know anything!

Slamdunc, now i know for sure you are not only a bad trainer but also an idiot and a cowerd who ran away from the other thread even though i provided you with great examples of some really good dogs.

Again it proves to me and  which i knew all along the lack of quality here.

Anyways,Slamdunc yes Bernard is coming to give a seminar and it will be shutzhund and police dogs and i will be attending. And that is one of the trainers i get my info from bnecause he is one of the best.

Bob how long you have been doing shutzhund, does not matter you can do it next 30 years and you will still never be number one in the world or even your nationals.just stick to local club level and feel good about yourself because i can guarantee you will never go any higher .Spending many years training and all you got to show for is club level is not my idea of accompolishment. It is very easy to see that you are not learning the rifght thing.Again i have accompolished what i come here to accompolish.I love it!Have a nice one.

By the way, the example that you are showing i would not want any of these dogs even if you tried to give it to me for free.

i showed you some great dogs, you can keep all these dogs cause i know where the best dogs are.Just thought i mention that.Have a nice one.

Slamdunc, you can put a sleeve on any dummy and make him stand in a blind and take a picture but would not impress me i know it impresses lot of people here but then again i am not easily impressed.Have a nice one.
