As far as i am aware the SV has a board of people who decide of what goes on and who will not carry on Not the individual members they do not decide in the end who goes and who stays in any postition
If this is the case have you had directive from the SV about this and a ballot to say Yea or Nay because if so then i am wrong in my way of thinking

I am a member of the SV and up todate i have heard nothing, but tonight at the training club i will if it is known offically what went to pass
As for anyone member of this Forum i take people as i find them, i never go on hearsay not even from a close friend would i make a deduction on anyone person i have to know what i feel first hand i go by my gut instinct then if i am wrong i can only blame myself
As it is i do not think Videx or myself will ever cross paths or yourself for that matter,
But i think he has the best Interests of the German Shepherd Dog at heart, even though he  may be helping himself at the same time, that is fair enough and no one can knock that
But on the other hand there are People on here who in my opinion that do not have the welfare of the German Shepherd Dog at heart, but they certainly do when it comes to helping themselves and getting the most from the breed for there own ends
I fortunatly am not one of them, although i have kept Dogs of various breeds Pedigree Dogs and two cross breds for 60 years i have never bred a dog in my life, i have on a couple of occasions wished i had so i could have had a son or daughter from a couple of dogs i really thought as my buddies nothing else to carry on when they passed over, But that is sentimental and i am not reputed to be a sentimental sort of Guy, so i did not do it

I am not supporting or siding with  anyone that includes Videx and yourself and all the others i too make up my own mind and i too say what i like and what i think is right, And again I do not bow down to threats for if anyone does threaten me personally then they will have to do it face to face for i will for sure find them and then they will have the chance of carrying the threat out
I have never let anyone intimidate me during my life time and it will not start now.
As for Videx i do not know him but i do know no man can ruin anyone if that person stands up to him or anyone else, You simply pay the person in question a vist and sort it out thats the way i would do it. Not on a forum and not by writing letters or by mail face to face is the only way, and as regards ruining a persons reputation then if there is nothing to hide then the reputation should stand plus you can do the same thing to that person if you have a mind too but as i said a meeting with the one involved is the best way, Regards knowing any more the one person who i thought would be at the club tonight was not there he has eviedently not got back from a business trip yet,
But i do know that there were members from the UK at my Club tonight and they were on opposite sides of the fence so to speak Both parties here to compete in a trial this coming weekend one lot at our club on Sunday another lot at another venue on the Saturday,in fact we have three from the UK competing one i do not know, but i said hello tonight
As it is i will not be there to see if there is any friction as i will be in Germany Friday to Sunday evening, so will miss any fun and games which may occur
And your bit about i should be careful who i support and that in its self is a kind of a threat, from whom should i treat it as one

Steve, no threats, that is one thing i definately do not do. It was however sound ADVICE as i know of people who have supported certain others only to find themselves in deep when the truth comes out and wish they had done more homework on the person they have supported.  Thank you for getting back about your club meeting much appreciated.

Bazza
I will tell you again and please try and get it to sink in
I am supporting no one on this I gave my viewa as a whole on the Thread and that was the pathetic way some were going on about others from the UK and that includes yourself, why all this witch hunt
on one person if you dislike the man so much go and see him and tell him to his face he is wrong in what he does NOT carry on on a website for that has no credability at all
This is the way i do things right or wrong it is my way
I have a problem with my Garage roof now going back 4 years, I saved hard to have a new roof put on the fellow came along with his workmen and renewed the roof, But it leaked some 7 times he came back repaired it it leaked again
Finally he would not come back to fix it so after 6 letters i said i would get a Lawyer and i did
My lawyer said to the court he wanted an expert to look at the roof and give his decision on it I had to up to then pay the Experts fees at that time
The Court said the builder had to put the work right and he got someone to help him three men, three hours later two years ago and it has not leaked since, that is how simple it was after all the hassle he put us through being flooded out every time it rained
But at the time i told my Lawyer the Builder had to pay my Lawyers costs and the Experts fees, as it was nothing to do with me and he had forced me to seek a Lawyers help.
So it is still on going and going back to the court in a few weeks time for the final desision who pays what
Two years ago i said to my brother that if i lost and had to pay i will make the builder pay my way that promise stands today
If i lose then he will pay for his misdoings and i will be the one to do it thats is a promise i made to myself 2 years ago and i will carry it out regardless of what i might have to put up with after wards, I will meet him on his own face to face and then we will see nothing but what i was born with will be used but he will certainly wish he had paid up like a man who was wrong or i will have made a grave mistake but thats life,
At the moment he is ignoring his Lawyers letters so he is treating everyone with contempt even his Lawyer but we will see a little later if he still feels the same way,
Now i am no Macho Man but if make a promise  i have to stick to it, good or bad it has to be done once i have obligated myself if i do not then it will graw away at me for the rest of my days, But then everyone is not the same as me and probably just as well for it is not always a good thing

Steve, hopefully you will let my reply sink in. I fully understood you the first time, but you were the one who needed clarification on my comment " be careful who you support".  You thought that was  some kind of threat, i explained what was meant by that statement. I have said before i do not do threats and most certainly never physical violence, you are at liberty to deal with a problem as you see fit, as am i. I know my physical limitations as an elderly gent, and it would be a joke to threaten anyone, some more friendly advice would be you should maybe consider doing the same. Maybe it's my age but i do not get the garage story at all, please do not try to explain it.  Again we will have to agree to disagree on the Videx thing. Since this thread is not about you, me or the garage workmen i think it may be by its sell by date.

I doubt you are older or much more than myself, I too am an elderly Gent as you put it, but i do not let my age make any excuses for what i say or do. They do say you grow wiser with age in my case i guess it does not
For the fellow in question is half my age, but i do not let that bother me one bit, I know what i know and possibly soon i will know what he knows, age blunts somethings but experience and no how makes up for that
I really hope it does not come down to it for what ever the outcome i will lose in the end,
But with my peace of mind and honour intact, and that is all that counts with me, always has
As you say this thread will go no where but looking at other parts of this site i guess you are a more show type person of the German Shepherd Dog i am the opposite i know very little of the Show line but it seems the ones in it are rather very quick to cut up others and also they give me the impression of being rather condescending sort of people, just my thoughts on reading the threads of course not people are in that category  that would be unfair and not right

Gentlemen cool down !
Seems to be a case of missunderstanding each other, due to the Language barrier ! I know it too well that this can happen, if english is not someones first language. So be nice, allright ???
