Every one should take a stand and write in we have available email for all these representatives. The dog and cat people should all  flood them with email saying we do not except these Bills and our rights to own and breed any animal away from us.
 I have been doing so for a week now and even for people in other states as well

You can search for your rep online and get contact info, very easy.

The guy who created this law is not the rep for my district, so it's safe to say I didn't vote for the guy!  I'm going to come up with a detailed report of the bill and bring it to my local rep's office, any who wants a copy emailed to them is welcome to it, I shold have time to sit down and dig into it tommorrow.

I would suggest a nice organized group of "individuals" have a meetup at least once to get in order, get to know the "laws of this land" via the National Constitution or per State, have printed references and vocal minded people ... then ..

Visit your reps in person. Visually show them your God given rights to private property, recite the fine print of the Bill and remind them who represents who.

You can find all contacts for Illinois: names, addresses, phone numbers and email here ...  http://www.campaignforliberty.com/usa/IL/

The Constitution in the State of Illinois hasn't changed much from signing ..

>>>>>>>>  We, the People of the State of Illinois - grateful to
Almighty God for the civil, political and religious liberty
which He has permitted us to enjoy and seeking His blessing
upon our endeavors - in order to provide for the health,
safety and welfare of the people; maintain a representative
and orderly government; eliminate poverty and inequality;
assure legal, social and economic justice; provide
opportunity for the fullest development of the individual;
insure domestic tranquility; provide for the common defense;
and secure the blessings of freedom and liberty to ourselves
and our posterity - do ordain and establish this Constitution
for the State of Illinois. <<<<<<<<<<
(Source: Illinois Constitution.)

Use it or loose it.

Edit: on the contact link, scroll to the bottom for your info. Your best bet is to visit the people who voted NAY for the Bailout as they know a bit more about Constitutional government than the YAH sayers. If ya feel froggy, go at it with the YAH's too. LOL Good Luck.

For those opposed to this bill, here's an interesting thought...

Years ago the government seized the Mustang Ranch Brothel in Nevada for tax evasion, and tried to run it, as required by law.  It went bankrupt and was closed.

My point is this:  If the US government can't sell prostitutes and booze, do you really want any of them in control of how you care for your dogs?
