Starrchar, I know several "puggles" and am pretty sure that
isn't the mix we are talking about in this pup. She is too tall
and heavy, apart from anything else, she'd make a really odd
Puggle.

You are right Hundmutter. I randomly looked at only two photos and they were both shots of the face. I went back and looked at the other photos. The dog is definitely too big and tall for a Puggle, plus the head profile doesn't match up, along with other characteristics. My friend's Puggle is the height and build of a Beagle, with a face, eyes and coloring similar to this dog.

The Puggle is the one "Designer Breed" I hold any affection for,
Starrchar ! Sort of cute, eh ?
Mind you, whoever came up with the idea of mixing a Hound
with a lapdog / Toy breed, initially, needs shootin'.

Now SS has very kindly linked the OP's other photos,
I can see what Starrchar did, in the first two. Her face
looks to have got a little shorter as she has grown.

Your puppy is a great dog in the making! I have solid black GSD primarily and the vet can't tell them apart but I can. If there are a billion dogs on Earth no two are alike .. enjoy your special one. Boxer mix sounds good to me .. just none of the dogs on the list of dangerous breeds now common in many places.

@Hundmutter, Not a fan of designer breeds either, but the two Puggles I know are great dogs, trustworthy, confident and sweet....and yes, very cute!
Biyu, As Bubbaboo said, just go with Boxer mix!

Face on she's got a boxerish type ears. But the shape of her head is slightly off. From the side she screams pit bull. And all curled up she's just the cutest pup.
I had a boxer/pit mix. Mom was a boxer that got out of the yard. Dad was the local roaming pitbull. Paid $75 bucks for that puppy. And she was worth way more when she grew up. Smart, level headed. A thinker with rock solid nerves and a no BS attitude.
was the best personal protection dog i've seen with my own eyes. I never slept better knowing my mom had Brenda in the house with her and no one was getting past that dog. Not without losing their balls. Best dog for 14 years.
Enjoy your pup, call he what ever comes to mind. Say she's an all american and don't worry about it.
Go to training classes make sure she's stable and safe around people and your sleep batter at night too.
Have fun.

Just yesterday an owner of 3 pits claimed to see pit in her! (He said he has to pay 150 a year to register them or that)
And I heard from mom that she sprayed apple bitters on her hand and Jen got mad so she just chewed harder! (Like she was mad but when you act like a 5 year old and treat the puppy like its stupid I expect the sort to happen!)
So lol mom had me put her on the log and she took those pics of her I think they show off atleast some of her body shape (maby not so much the markings) really well and her tail is still a whip lol
Odd thing tho is she seems to love eating pads (women) I have no clue why I know I've seen 2 go thru and out her poop and I know she has puked a couple up as well and ms perfect trainer can't seem to sort things
I still can't figure her telling my in a way I can HEAR she wants out (Harley at uncles gets excited and jumps an that when chopper wanted in he would dig at the door Jen does nothing but sit there)
I still can't help think that the spinal brindling (as I'm calling it) is a trait linked to some breed but I'm not sure which --she still is a *very* good puppy if excitable (still a puppy tho)
