Of course the WDA gets to use the UScA's insurance.
They get to use everything else.
It doesn't matter that you have to pay for it and they don't
It's kind of like how health insurance in this country became a tax!

What kind of, insurance are you guys talking about. When I was involved with GSDCA clubs, we had liability ins. to protect the club. It did not protect any entrants, member or not. Officers were covered if the club was sued, but not for individual actions.
