I'm with the group that feeds adult food. I've experienced too rapid growth on the higher protien puppy foods.

Even if people think she is too skinny? Wouldn't we be pushing for growth then?

Never fell for the stages marketing plans. I also never feed Happy meals to my children. Just Honest Kitchen with trimmings.

Bob
I am feeding Gina on Wolfsblut Kibble i think it is made in the UK but goes all over the world it is a great food i use the Green Valley 30% protein, The Kibble is bigger than Acana or Origin, and  she looks fantastic on it.
When Hektors two bags of Acana puppy is finished i will switch him over to the same as Gina, He will be another 6 weeks older then so about 4 months old or so then adult food, This Green Valley does not contain any grains Also this firm does not make a Puppy Kibble or a small breed Kibble there food they say is good for dogs of ALL ages Pups included and big or small breed Dogs the same for all dogs regardless of Size or age that is not so well known in the Kibble world
I send to Germany for it in a online site

No need to feed puppy food assuming that the food you use is raw or a high grade kibble
