Hummingbirds can be trained just like our dogs...FOOD

Red cup with sugar water over a two week period....look at the results.

Taken in Louisiana by husband of a lady who just had to try this...

YR: That is very cool, with the hummingbirds. My dad could stand still and get the chickadees to come to him, like that.

Oh, and about your BUGATTI pix, my DH's oldtimer, toolmaker ex-owner of the company he worked for at 20 plus years, was a car collector, and owned two of those! I was told they are million dollar cars, and  there is a race up in VT the rich, old geezers go to and actually race their prized possessions!

Waves@GSDtravels, it's always a better day when you show up! I do remember your spider web, and it is still an awesome shot. 

Melba, you have a real good camera! Look at the detail and color and contrast of your shots...very nice!


Here is a shot from my cell phone, a day before the "Super Moon". We had clouds all throughout that weekend, so this was pretty much my only opportunity to see the moon for days.

We got a big rain last night so all my tiny plants just now coming up got beat down,but they will survive after a day of sun...I cannot weed the garden due to my back, so here is what I have been doing :

TOMATO:Bell Pepper,  Banana pepper:

Spearmint in pot and my ivy..
Two squash plants just now popping up beside tomato plants.

 My Hibiscus plant is in bloom and my Petunias planted with a Mandevilla vine.


Tiny leaves  now appearing on my Hawaiian Plumeria Plant which has beautiful white flowers in a month or so.
Behind this is a Cataba tree with pods that later turn into food for the Fishing WORMS used for bait.
Red Hibiscus plant on my property is only one in bloom..Others still working at it...The Yellow Hibiscus is the state flower of Hawaii..

Daffodils
Nastursims planted in my daisey box
Vincas planted near my lily
Kalanche planted in the Plumeria pot with daisy and my lily plant already having lost its beautiful orange blooms.
