Yes, the Marines should look into it and posthumously dishonorably discharge him.  Seriously, the guy is a disgrace to the Marine Corps, no they won't be looking into it.  Stop fooling yourself with that crap.  Like the Marines are going to support him....LOl

WOW   Just when you think you've heard it all,  Jim has to go and say something like that on an international forum.

Conspiracy warrant, 60 bullets in a USMarine with his safety on in his own kitchen in America.  I'll pray for you now Jim.

I guess now we know too why it was a "high risk warrant".  Pathetic.

by Donald Deluxe on 20 May 2011 - 05:05

"This is a disgrace .. and for what ? I friggin' rolling paper or the US Constitution ?"

A search warrant was applied for by the police and granted by a judge who found probable cause for the warrant to issue.  The police attempted to execute the warrant at the specified premises and were confronted by an armed man pointing a weapon at them, whom they then rightfully shot in self-defense.

Conclusion: on the facts reported so far, it appears that constitutional requirements were followed by the police throughout this matter.  An 8th grade civics class textbook may prove helpful to you in analyzing such events in the future.

And as for rolling papers, the article below suggests the guy was pulling armed home invasions and drug rip-offs - but next you'll be telling us the police uniform and body armor found during the search were left over from a Halloween party, LOL:

BE,
You have lost your mind.    Is it that you can't or won't admit that soldiers can also be criminals?  I'm sorry, but to post that guys picture in a Marine uniform is a disgrace to all of our brave men and women in the armed forces.  It makes all our soldiers look bad and definitely tarnishes the image of the Marine Corp.  It is pathetic you would post this on an International dog forum.

Whateva ya'll call and make fun all you want, although if I was you I'd make your concerns about his Military service to Master Sergeant Leo Verdugo  instead instead.

That's about all you can do to me until the day you bust in my house and pop 60 bullets in me to shut me up. Fun Fun huh ?

The real story is .. this is murder, falsely sanctioned and legitimized by government. Any rational thinking person, ya even an 8th grader can think ration.

The FBI, USMC and BATF need to step in and heads need to roll. I've been calling around n' writing alot of letters on this one. About the only thing the Dept's involved can do now and have been doing since day 2 is seal records, back peddle, retract statements and assassinate his military service and character.

"About the only thing the Dept's involved can do now and have been doing since day 2 is seal records"

The search warrant and related documents were sealed by a judge, not the police.  Best to get your facts straight before embarking on a letter-writing campaign, as no one in a position of authority is going to take someone who invents or mistates facts seriously and your letters will end up in the trash.

Ironic Donald Deluxe, the Dept's and Judge involved can now be lumped into the same bag of monkey shit as used car salesmen and lawyers, and they have no one to blame but their own.

You can speculate all day long....but wait for the investigation
to be completed. This Marine served 2 tours honorably...so there
will be no dishonorable discharge because of something that happened
in Pima County (Arizona)  .

In the early 70's I was working in San Diego, and some drug enforcement officers
knock down the door of a home thinking they had criminals. Shot and killed a man
who was unarmed. The house they should have raided was next door. If that
was not bad enough, the officers all had been drinking and had alcohol on their breath.

I read the news report which has very little to say, but keep in mind if the safety was still
on, and they knock down the the door. There would have been little time to do anything other
than stand between your wife and child as a barricade. Sacrificing yourself for them. This is
what a Marine would do....He in fact, may not have had time to shoot his weapon.
Body was inside the house.

"Ironic Donald Deluxe, the Dept's and Judge involved can now be lumped into the same bag of monkey shit as used car salesmen and lawyers, and they have no one to blame but their own."

Judges routinely seize and seal records in matters like this, specifically to protect the integrity of the documents from any alteration by the police or by prosecutors.

But I wouldn't expect you to understand that, as a) you have zero understanding of these issues, and b) it doesn't fit your loony-tunes conspiracy views.
