You must of known that you were on my mind.A big hug for you young lady and I hope all is well.I will send you an e-mail when I get back in.And I wont even comment on those poor dogs cause im still digesting the earlier thread about that poor dog wondering onto someones property starving.I cant beleive that nothing can be done with people as such.Is it possible that these fks get to get away with this always? There has got to be something that can be done if everyone would come together as a whole regardless of where you are from.I cant accept that in todays day and age we have to accept this POWERLESSLY.

Domenic I couldn't agree more, very sickening!! I hope the people who have sold dogs and play "footsie" with this set up are hanging their heads in shame, they are just as guilty!!!!!

People, almost NO ONE cares. This is so much farther reaching than what Hodie just posted (welcome back, BTW- can't wait to respectfully disagree w/you again, Lady,LOL!). This is just another case where people "care" but not enough to stand up and do something. These people say they're sorry, they won't do it again, they make excuses, etc. etc., and then you get the "nice" people forgiving them and saying they deserve a second chance!
This is just like the BSC case, where I pointed out that these people DO walk among us, and look how ugly THAT got!
Then there was Jerry Walker, and while I don't put him in the same category, as I have NO IDEA how he treats his dogs, if he indeed has any, we have proof he's a crook, and you get the same morons singing Kumbaya and "can't we give the new guy a chance" and "forgive and forget" and all that other crap!
Some of these same idiots are the ones persecuting Prager over and over for (gasp) inbreeding by accident and being just generally snippy to other posters.
People, pick your battles!!!
Do NOT feel sorry for people who hurt animals. Period. Do NOT excuse them by way of mental instability or anything else; does this make the sick or starving dog feel better? I think not. Let someone larger and more powerful than we are worry about forgiving these sick "people" and instead worry about what we can do to protect the VICTIMS- ie, the DOGS! Do NOT patronize them in any way- PERIOD.
Hodie, thanks for the info. It will be interesting to see once the dust settles, how many people will actually hold this against Denali and make their practices known, regardless of political unpopularity, and how many weak sheeple will just sing Kumbaya.

If someone was on probation for animal cruelty to begin with, doesn't that generally mean they are not allowed to own any animals up to X number of years? Why hasn't anyone checked up on them since she's been on probation?

wow, was looking at their website a few nights ago, they are planning on keeping pups from every litter coming up. and the wife has health problems, enough to warrant the need for a "service" animal, couldn't imagine raising all those pups out in the middle of no where with a disability.
majority of their "new" dogs come from Eurosport K9, wonder if they have been contacted, sure they would like to have their dogs back instead of them ending up in a shelter somewhere.

It doesn't really matter. She was being investigated, and did it again before she could even be punished the first time. We had a similiar story where I lived. Had a house full of huskies, got caught, don't know how many, the house was condemned it was so bad and torn down. They moved just a few miles away and 5 years later somebody reported some foul smells and they checked it out. Same people, another condemned house, dead dogs and disease everywhere. They weren't making money, just had severe mental issues obviously. But seriously, 5 years and the same thing again, and they weren't supposed to have animals again after the first time. Didn't really stop them

Sing out, sister--truer words were never spoken. Remember the incident with the two GSDs who roasted to death in the back of an enclosed pickup truck bed, allegedly because 'someone closed the windows' on the truck cap? And then the investigation showed that the 'someone' was the driver of the truck, who was also the owner of one of the two dogs...Bad enough to kill your own dog that way; heinous beyond belief to do so to someone else's dog when they trusted you with him. Said person is back in the breeding business once again--and I know that at least some of their puppy buyers know the story, and are willing to overlook it. I don't believe they should even *own* a dog again, let alone be breeding them
Harsh and judgemental? Hell, yes--because it's nowhere near as harsh as the death those dogs went through. And without people judging others for their actions and words, there can be no ethics, no morality, no conscience.
