This low life bastard should be sent to prison for a very long time.
My condolences to the handler and his family for this loss of a beloved family member.
After reading several articles, the low life scum was severly bitten.

I attended the Memorial and it was really incredible. The GTPD truly honored K9 Schultz and his partner. There must have been over 100 handlers and their K9's in attendance. In addition I would guess there was about 2,000 citizens and Police Officers there. It was very impressive, something I will never forget.

Jim, you forgot to mention it was freezing out. Mark is a friend and neighbor, Schultz was his 3rd dog. I was parked facing the podium as I got there early. Support was huge and many came from far away. Sorry I missed you with the large crowd. Did you go to the luncheon at the College after? VB

VB,
I was standing on the side by the road near where his K9 vehicle was parked and draped. It was very cold. We came in with the GTPD procession in a white unmarked Crown Vic. After the service I spoke with some K9 guys from NY that I knew. we didn't go to the College after because we wanted to get on the road and head back. We did get some good Pizza on the way home at Santini's.

Reading this just makes my blood boil.I hope these coppers put a beating on these BASTARDS that they will never forget.Im trying to figure out how this could of happened but I guess thats impossible without all the facts.People like this will never be rehabilitated so why not just throw them in a kennel with about 4 GOOD GSD's and rehabilitate them that way so at least it does'nt cost the tax payers.Im sorry guys but I have zero patients for scum like that.Imagine what that officer and his family must be going through right now.Poor dog,I hope that the dog did not suffer at all.Im not sure that I would be good for that kind of job.It must affect you having to send your best friend out against these fkn hoodloom bastards.Anyway my best to that Officer and his family and Dept.RIP pup, rest in peace.
