All this is doing noone any good
what is a cull dog? A dog that has an abnormal defect that makes if not breed worthy.

If i decide not to keep her, she will be adopted out to a loving home. i  would never hurt any animal. stop trying to butter people up. you your self have dogs that you cannot use or do not need up for adoption and for sale. everybreeder on this database does it. does not make them bad people. I purchased her for a brood bitch and she is not. that. so if i send her to a loving home with special attention and people who love her whats wrong with that. yall do it everyday. you have some on your site right now that does not mean you didnt take care of them or love them your just moving on.

second since i have had her she has been through 3 heats whelped one litter at 21 months of age. sv says breed at 20 months?

She was not bred before. i siad i hope the male my brother actually dropped off did not get to her if you call akc you will see blitz and taylor are not my dogs. my borther owns them and he would drop them off for me to watch when he went out of town. thats when she was on our completly enclosed covered back porch he did not breed her no litter was whelped.

When my son cut the sides out of the kennel and let her out she did get bred. her last heat she did not get bred and she is in heat now and locked up. the kennel was locked. i told you what he did. hence kennel broken.

I am gonnna close all this by saying you have been fortunate in having a friend like bhall to have helped you out and show you the ropes and maybe you have not had any uh ohs but you have had a resource of knowledge that i have not been privey too.

SHE WAS THE FIRST FEMALE that i ever purchased and it just so happens i picked out a bad hip dog my luck. Not that its your fault, you do breed some nice quality dogs and things like this happen. It dont make you a bad person no more than my dog being bred whil i was gone makes me a bad person.

According to all the private emails you made public that shows i have told you everything and have not hid anything. once i bought her she became mine and i did not even have to share that with you . i trusted you would understand which i was wrong.

if you called the akc then you know thats the only litter she has produced the one litter.

4 people have had hips xrayed so far and hips look good. thank God.

Another reason her pedigree was deleted is because of you personally bashing me its ok to say the dog has bad hips. i told you i was giong to post that but you beat me to it and added personall attacts which is tasteless you started this whole anonymous (yeah right) blog. if it were not for the personal remarks it would still be there. so in essence you deleted it just like you beleted it from thePDB the first time we had words and i had to put it back on their you deleted it because i commented things you did not like. so that makes us even.

I do not have anything personal against you. My issue was with the hips. I did break the contract unintentional. but oh well. or should i say other issues caused the contract to be broken. mute point. I NEVER MADE THIS ISSUE PUBLIC YOU DID.

I will end with this you have some great dogs nice quality dogs that alot of people cannot afford. you have made many people happy through the years with your puppies . I commend you for that.

I will not say anything from here on out to bash you or your kennels because you do have some great dogs and i dont have the time for that kind of stuff.

I will not judge you or try to make any bad remarks about you over the one dog i happen to get that was bad i amsure you have ut out far more good than bad just like one incident with my kid don't make me a bad person either.  if people were judged on one occurence we all would have bad names try to judge me on what happens from that old point on. I have nice kennels built now and that hard lesson learned will not happen again.

Bhall , I do not know you but from what i have seen on videos and your web site. you have some awesome dogs. beautiful male in VOO DOO. yOU REALLY KNOW YOUR STUFF AND YOU ARE THE KIND OF PERSON THAT A NEWBIE OR HOBBY BREEDER would be lucky to have around. You have alot of knowledge and you are an asset to the breed. thank you for what you do. regardless of your quick judgement of me, I would send anyone your way for a dog.

I hope this can be dropped becuase it's not doing anyone any good publicly bashing each other noone actually cares we just carrying on being inmature and not very Christian like . SO i publicly appologize to anyone offended in this forum mystical  I hope you accept my apology if i offended you. not my intentions just an upset dog owner.  Like you were when it happened to you. I am finished with this issue and you will never hear from me agian.

I would give you a refund of some sort but I would need to see the xray . In the future when buying a dog over one year of age i would  reccomend doing  a xray before purchase or if buying a puppy doing a prelim at one year. Breeding the dog early did not cause severe HD as that is genetic. Acoording to my vet a dog with HD will pass it 25% of the time no matter what the dog is bred to and it will skip a generation as well.

every pup over 6 mo. gets x-rayed before being shipped to new owner.i keep a copy on file and give the other to the new owner.so far, knock on wood,no returns.good apology!!

If in deed an 8 year old child can physically let a dog out of a crate or kennel without supervision there is a safety management issue at hand. 8 years old is way too young for a child to be let to play with a large dog unsupervised.

Don't go on about how sweet the dog is and that the dog would never do anything to the child. The fact is that children can be cruel, especially when left unsupervised!

What has been done to change this situation?

by Czech DDR Lover on 09 November 2010 - 19:11

Why was an 8 year old child left home alone unsupervised in the first place?

Then this child is also given unsecured access to an animal that is in need of supervision without putting on the proper safeguards to protect it.

What if this had been a viscious dog?  What if it had bitten the child without anyone there to help the child?
There are many additional scenarios here that one could imagine..and none of them are good.
