I have no idea if they still have those belts and pads but I'm thinking if you know where to look you can still find them.  Maybe in a medical supply store.  I know a woman who uses boy's briefs for her bitches.  The fly is perfect for the tail.  It's quite a sight. LOL

I agree, that is one beauty you have there Moons.  I should have said something earlier.

i have found that boys underwear work the best you can put self adhesive pads in them just cut a hole for the tail and they work great.

best advice and easiest long-term is to spay her and/or neuter him.   Or, board one of them while she is in heat.

I had only experience in keeping the house clean while she's in heat.

My bitch was ripping off disposable diapers to clean herself.

It was easy to get it on and off. We did forget to take it off twice while taking her out to pee :))
The best thing about this is that it's loose enough around her legs and she could reach and lick herself.
We never put any pads in and it hardly got any spots on the pants too because she would lick it all off. Though the pants would get wet from licking.
We manage to keep house completely clean (we have light carpet) while she was in heat. She was even Ok to sleep in it.
