In my case that is the truth. I did not buy Athena to be a show dog. So you are correct that you will not see her in the show ring that I know of due to me not her. I think in talking with Bill one of the important things to him is top producing dogs.  He has no control over the people who purchase his dogs to show them.

I sent you a PM as well but I did take the time to view your Athena and IMO she could be in shows! She is stunning!! She is a very nice female puppy and I think anyone would be very proud to own her!

I would love to see more pictures if you have them!

I happen to have a son from Bill's kennel and we LOVE him. He is great with people and love's my kids. He has great color and is good size. I remember pming bill about a female he had for sale a month or so ago for a 3yr old female he had for sale that was a schH3 and kkl1 dog for only $4500, i think that is a GREAT price for a titled female.   Any good kennel can have health issues with there dogs, but the ones that make it right are the GREAT kennels and are a credit to the breed. jmo kathy

You have a really good looking GSD as well. Do you plan to show or title him etc? Just like Athena's mom I think if you find the time that maybe you should. JMO

I have seen many very nice dogs from this kennel and I looked to see if any had been shown and here is what I have found from what little bit of research I completed.

SHOW RESULTS:

NASS 2008

Working male class....a male bred by that kennel (Bill) placed V1 right after 7 VA's in a total cass of 45
18-24 month male- SG4 out of 28 in class
12-18 month female- SG14 out of 52 in class
junior puppy female VP24 out of 50 in class

Canadian Sieger show

Only 1 entry 4-6 female puppy VP2 out of 5 total

USA Sieger show

Senior puppy female-VP1 out of 27 total
Junior puppy female-VP16 out of 35 total
Junior puppy male-VP7 out of 28 total
