RED SABLE, ROTFLMAO

Dear, thezoo, I only have one dog and he is treated better than most people. Do you work for PETA? Or are you a member of PETA?

by Mystere on 02 July 2009 - 16:07

Cut the crap, Teresa! Your attempts to justify and rationalize going to PETA falls on entirely deaf ears here.   You might bother sometime to check not only PETA's agenda, but it's actions in furthering legislation that DOES effectively interfere with, if not entirely take away, rights to own animals responsibly.

Your actions were irresponsible and narcissistic. You ONLY sought someone "outside" to look into what you felt was abuse (and no one has claimed it wasn't)  AFTER you were terminated.   According to the statement filed with the Thurston County Superior Court, you only bothered to call Animal Control after being terminated.  Despite being told that your information had been forwarded to the prosecutor's office, because your disgruntled fired employee call was not immediately returned, you contacted PETA and sent them your documentation.  Oddly enough, there is no reference to having sent this documentation to either Animal Control or the prosecutor's office.   Apparently, from your Statement, that is the same day that you "posted a 'blog' [sic] on a forum called the 'pedigree data-base [sic] on the German Shepard [sic] board."

(Case 09-2-00010-4 for those who wish to check.   All of the documents are available on-line for purchase and download.  When you get to the site, you will find additonal suits filed against Wayne Curry).

I am not paranoid enough to think that PETA will ever be able to take away the right to own pets that are RESPONSIBLY cared for. Even if they want to. I don't beleive that any more than I beleive that the government is going to "take all our guns" if ANY gun legislation passes. Rediculous!

Lots of people in Germany and Poland weren't  "paranoid" enough to think that they'd end up in concentration camps either!

I guarantee that Mystere, who fronts and Pimps for SchH USA...will gladly take Wayne Currys Money and annual dues.
You talk tough Mystere, but your agency/club does Nothing. Enforces Nothing but their Bottom line revenues.

If one has questionable character, frequent suit or legal issues (warning signs), disgruntled members (Plural)..warn and then perhaps, suspension is in order.
Ban him. Disassociate yourself.   Dont take their dues. Its Real simple.

Conduct unbecoming based on trends, suits, statements from members and breed fanciers.
Not one time incidents.
This is a  Dues paying organization that should have such By laws of conduct and rules for members.

You (SchH USA) have no ethics, sense of judgment,  sense of justice or right/wrong or to say it more plainly...balls.
Bad Publicity means nothing to do, youre all about the dollar, the cheese, the ends, the cheddar, the Benjamins.
The more discerning of the club members know this.

Im sorry it is this way, I really am. But I will never send SchH USA $1.
My plans are IPO and PSA.  Enough is enough.

Guilt by association, and Ive had it.
UKC doesnt tolerate it. VDD doesnt tolerate it. PSA doesnt tolerate. Other dog clubs Im associated with, dont have it.
You dont care about members, those being harmed and ultimately...the  dogs.
You care about Year -End,  Bottom- Line P & L net income.

And last bit of advice...the enemy of My enemy, Is MY friend.   (Its called Balance Theory)
Many Stupid Americans have yet to understand that concept.

Okie..
Yours was one of the dumber posts Ive read here and I hate to go off topic,  but I will address it.
Judea declared war ON Germany.

If 'they' along with Freemasons, Poles, Gypsies (and others working for Bolshevik Communist interests),  didnt expect to be put in Work Camps, then they shouldve declared war ON Germany and collapsed their economy.
Please Read Pat Buchanans 'Churchill, Hitler And An Unnecessary War'  for starters, before making ridiculous comments.  You can verify this News Headline from the London Daily Express anywhere online.

"Judea Declares War On Germany! Jews of all the World Unite!"
- London Daily Express Headline, March 24, 1933

"Hitler will have No war but we will force it on him, not this year, but soon"
- Emil Ludwig Cohn Les Annales, June, 1934 "The New Holy Alliance"

"We Jews Are Going to Bring A  War On Germany."
- David A. Brown, National Chairman, United Jewish Campaign, 1934 (quote "I Testify Against The Jews" by Robert Edward Edmondson, page 188 "The Jewish War of Survival" by Arnold Leese, pg 52

Teresa is hardly and 18-20 year old...at least from the court documents. She had a daughter working for Wayne, too.

by peachpie on 03 July 2009 - 04:07

Ok, I am going to probably get blasted for this but here goes. I am sure Teresa did what she did in good faith, she is incredibly passionate about caring for the animals. For those of you who have questions about why she (or others) waited until she was fired to make any claims it is probably because Wayne is a fantastic salesperson. He gets rid of anyone that could dispute him. He brings on a new crew, seems very genuine with them, tells them the last crew was setting him up or some other such story,  they work their a** off to get the kennel a safe and good place to work and for the pups which takes about 2 months, and Wayne cheers them on. When an employee notices descrepancies and ask about them, in good faith still thinking that they are making a difference, all of a sudden they no longer work there. It isn't because they are working for the paycheck  (which isn't the greatest). All the employees I worked with felt they had the best job in the world, they worked with animals they loved daily. I mean, truly, I thought it was my dream job I got to hold puppies if I had a stressful day, so in truth, ask yourself, wouldn't you want that kind of job? In a nutshell that was my experience with the employee relations part of Kraftwerk.

I am  new to GSD world and am trying not to make mistakes in looking for those who truly can help me understand it all. Kraftwerk was my first introduction to purebred GSD's and I'm hooked.  I know of PETA, I disagree with pretty much all they hold dear, however I would be under the assumption that they would want to look at a kennel if they got a legitimate complaint about it. I have learned a lot from this post, I had asked Mystere to explain part of it to me but I don't think he(she?)  thought I was sincere even though I didn't hide my name or location when I pm'd him/her. So thank you to the people who are continuing to help me understand the ins and outs of how it all works.
By the way, Wayne told me PETA showed up to investigate him earlier this year because a different employee turned him in(before Teresa contacted them so you might cut her some slack).  And just to let you on the post here know, I wouldn't have had clue one that this website even existed had Wayne not mentioned it. He, of course, didn't tell me the name I had to do a little detective work to figure it out. I do wish I had known about it before, it would have saved me some heart ache. I do want to learn more, I have found that the majority of people here are helpful and for that I'm grateful.

Peachpie, I answered your questions in pm, except for the querulous query as to why/how I would have an opinion, if I never worked for or don't own or haven't bought a dog from Wayne. The idea that ONLY those with personal direct dealings with Wayne would give a damn one way or another is offensive, especially as I did tell you that I personally know and/or have friends who HAVE worked for Wayne. I know full-well what happened with them. I also did not give you my name, as you (the questioning party) didn't bother to give your full name, despite contacting me via pm. And, NO, you did not and have not told me who you are or your location. The mere name "Shauna" is meaningless. So please stop the martyr routine: " Poor me, Mystere won't be BFF with me." Please. It does not add to your credibility. Bottom Line: I don't know who you are and have no reason to want to. Frankly, I am wary of ANY of the "Kraftwerk World denizens" that I cannot actually identify. I'd suggest that others be wary, too, given all the litigation, unless they want to be sucked into a version of "Wayne's World."
