Thank you for trying to steer everyone back to the crux of the thread !! In answere to your question you probably have read it before, it first appeared as an article in the 2008 Dog World Sieger Supplement out last October. I then waited six months before passing it onto Sheila Rankin in time to put into the Crufts Edition of the Breed Council Magazine. David (Videx) had asked me some time ago if I would let him place the article on his website, I said I would be pleased to allow him to do so but that I wanted it to appear in the BC Mag first, so now that the next months magazine is out I sent it to him last night and was delighted to see he had acted so quickly to put it up on his site.
It was also very pleasing for me to see my article set out IN FULL for the FIRST TIME by including all the photo's not only in the correct order as I had placed them in my original article but also in their full colour glory, I requested that it be displayed this way and upon doing so I never had one second of concern that David would not do anything other than Justice to my article on this wonderful dog and am absolutely delighted with just how good it does look on his site.
I Thank all of you for your lovely comments here and to those who have sent me private emails, it really is a priviledge to have had the good fortune to be so closely involved with this Special Dog and his wonderful, generous family and an honour for me to be able to share their story with you all and to hear it also gives so many of you such pleasure to read it.
Steve1 - This story was supposed to bring a warm feeling of Love and Joy, not fisticuffs at dawn !!

To SchHBabe , Snaiper69 and all those who only come here to knock. I will say, it is sad to think the love we all share for this wonderful breed should unite us, if only because we have a common interest in the same breed, rather than divide us with all the nasty remarks you and those like you prefer to make. A great man once said , "If you have nothing good to say about someone, best not to say anything at all" Perhaps if we all related that to "If you have nothing good to say about someones Dog then best not to say anything at all" we would all get on a little better. To this day I have NEVER come on here to make any desparaging remarks about anyones dog, hence the reason I get angry when others think their nasty, un-called for and otherwise unnecessary comments are wanted, they are not, so please in future If you cant say something nice, just Shut it, Zip it, Button It or whatever else it takes to keep you from saying anything at all.
Best Regards

I certainly didn't knock anything-I just saw the article so I went to the pedigree here on the database, brought it up, then looked at the 7 gen extended version and saw it not complete when I first looked, so I asked. I think he's a fine dog and has breeding I can understand and bloodlines I'm pretty familiar with.
Thanks for sharing the article/info.

P.S. As I said to you once before, "I sure would hate to be on the opposite side of an argument with you."

Never in my first post did i ever mention the words violence towards anyone, i said he would not stand up in front of me and tell me i was pathetic, This is a phase that we use and i would say it to anyone, Now if i had it in my mind to threathen anyone then i will say it in a plain straight forward way.But once i was threatened myself, even with words then all things change with me i will meet what i have to regardless of any outcome, Nothing Macho about it in my book, that is what part of my life involved and it is there for always until i die
I am normally an easy going guy and i take things as they come
However that is overwith,
Regards this Zamp Dog, It seems he is a Show Dog of some note, I do not know him as i said, i do not follow the show dogs at all that is why i asked the questions i did, not to be funny, just straight foreward questions which No one will answer and why not,
How many have seen this Dog working , In the Working Dogs there are many great Dogs Eros problably the most update Twice WUSV Champion and Four Times Belgian Champion, Now that is a Dog i can get excited about, and my next Pup will be a G,Daughter of him
At least now we have some idea of who is for showlines and who is for the working line on this forum
But one thing is completly wrong, and that is for the likes of Snaiper to have his posts cut or taken off just because he is not in agreement with the Show people and whoever deleted his posts is out of order for the person was not in anyway vulgar in his posts and was nothing wrong at all just because he does not agree with the show people
It is unfair to say the least and very petty

I can assure you snapier did not have his posts cut because of any dissagreement with show people, the things he said in his post constituted to Liabel against all the German Kormeisters who had passed Zamp up to SchH3.
As for his temp and character and workability I think the photo's speak a thousand words on that score, character and workability is NOT just about biting on a sleeve, ambassadors for the breed, herding in everyday life, agility, obedience etc is all what makes up a good GSD. Some prefer to specialise in certain aspects such as ONLY SchH, but IMO there is much more to a GSD than just that.
However, he twice made VA and to do this he had to bite on the sleeve infront of thousands of people gathered at the World Sieger Event in Germany, at last years Sieger 08 one of his sons (also featured in my articles photo's) made the Auslese Schutzundienst Best group at the 2008 Sieger show in Aachen. The dogs chosen for this ackolade are voted for by the Experienced Helpers themselves and not the judges, so this surely is a measure of what he can also pass his excellent nature on.
Hope this now helps Steve1, though like someone else said here, it is surprising you can live in Belgium and still not have heard of this dog, so if for no other reason, I am glad I allowed David to place it so magnificiently onto his website.
Best Regards
Sue
