No to Victoria, whose clients must be personally selected for extra dumb-ness. Yes to Cesar, keeping in mind that his program too is, in part, "entertainment". (It has to be, or no-one would watch.)There are some tips to pick up here and there, but mostly he's fun to watch, is highly charismatic - and I wish I had his ability on roller blades!

My favorite Ceaser show was when he took a dog aggressive Dobe to a dog park and started a 6 dog fight!
