They can not learn english like we can, ah but they do. And Germen, French, and any other language their home is in.
No they are not using sentences, but you sell them short in what they understand and can communicate.
Commands can mean complex tasks with variables unique to each task.
Dogs can pick key words and phrases out of a conversation when you don't even know they are paying attention.
It takes two too communicate and the better they are the more gets said.
This was about mastering a strong dog, this shouldn't be a problem in the first place if this strong dog was raised correctly.
What I know of Cesar Millan hasn't impressed me.
