Reason, You must know who the members are otherwise why did you ask the question here in the first place and why have you been harping on about the very same thing on previous threads? So, pull the other one reason - I might have one in my name but I certainly do not have one dangling off my leg (Bell that is) !! Nor am I as green as cabbage looking,  I am however Honest which is more than can be said of you, for despite hiding behind your anonimity here you still find it necessary to be economical with the truth !! (See how easy it is to be diplomatic?).  So, why are you afraid to ask the question? Don't know how to ask it whilst remaining Diplomatic? Then here let me help you it would go something like this....
"As a Kennel Club Member when representing the Breed on a matter which most consider is possibly in direct conflict with the wishes of the Kennel Club i.e The GSD Standard,  do you not consider yourself to be in a conflict of interest?". There, easy wasnt it, now all you have to do is copy that out, put it on a postcase and send it to your club secretary to put before the committee or  place it the Clubs AGM, it really is that simple.

Once again I repeat, will people PLEASE DO SOMETHING POSITIVE THEMSELVES instead of coming on here spouting crap and trying to get others to do what they are too shit scared to do themselves. I stand up and be counted everytime I open my mouth at Breed Council Meetings and on this board REASON the same cant be said of YOU. Ashamed of what you have to say or of just being known to be saying it?

Regards

Sue B

Neither but as a nobody in the breed and now more interested in the working GSD i an sure my posts are read for what they are, and not to be ridiculed as a nobodtywriting them.
I would reiterate I have no IDEA who represented the partnership at the KC I would however be amazed at the naivety of the respective Assoc if they sent somone to represent them that they new to be a KC member.

Well Reason, if with what you say you are to be believed and lets say I now give you the benefit of the doubt, you can believe me when I say the relevent Association is aware of the KC Membership status ot those sent as Breed Representatives but NAIVE is not a word I would use to describe them.

WHO ASSISTED THE KENNEL CLUB WITH THEIR AMENDMENTS?

David: you can add me to your list of people willing to make a donation to a fighting fund, in order to seek legal advice.
I have just read the KC " STANDARD ", and i feel,  probably like you,  that i have wasted the last twenty eight years trying to improve my knowledge of breeding: if we allow the KC to ratify this standard we will regress back to the days of Avon Prince. If there are people from the GSD partnership in collusion with the KC. they should hang their heads in shame, their actions will sound the death knell for the GSD as we know it.  I am about to write to the SV in Augsburg in order to ask what action they will take, when they get a request from a English GSD club, to allow an SV judge to officiate at their show.  Can they sanction on e of their own to judge to a different breed standard ?  I think not, but i'm willing to find out.
   Regards Paul.
