LOL, GARD. I hear you there. Last year a friend of mine told me about some "new" sport that people were doing with their dogs. Can't remember if it was AKC backed or what. Anyway the dog had to go around a makeshift obstacle course, around a truck and engage the decoy. One of the dogs noticed that he could get to the guy by going under the truck, (shortest distance between 2 points) Well he did and work his hold very well. the judge said that the dog wasn't any good for the work because he didn't follow the course. Give me that dog everytime. I'll teach him to go thru the course if I want to compete, you can't teach a bad one to engage.
