Diaper solution for heat cycle - Page 4

Ok - for those of us with inside dogs...the denim diaper with normal, sanitary pads works very well.  I have told my dog not to chew it off and she doesn't.   My rugs aren't stained.

Yeah Steve I know.  It ain't natural but it works for us.    Other than that she can be a dog .

Yes, we humans are always thinking we know best but Dogs are Dogs no matter what we think and they have there own code that they live by

I do not say any Dog will not remember a past owner they will, and do, but they do not miss the past owners as much as a human misses them

Heres another scenario

Our Oldest Dog was passed back to the Breeder, He had a tremendous talent in the ScHh Sport, according to many experts in this field, and my brother handling him wanted to do the best for the Dog and he did what he thought was best for him by letting someone with great experince take him over but he could always see him work when he wanted to. but he thought he was holding the Dog back

Anyway he went and was away three weeks, Doing well in Obedinace, Tracking and his Protection was Awsome, this we knew

One morning i get a great review from the new owner, three  hours later a phone call to say the Dog had bit him badly, and they had him put to sleep

We were deversated, this happened some 6 weeks ago, i still cannot get it out of my mind as cannot my brother it haunts us, and i guess it always will, and it is not easy to write about it

Had someone phoned to say what had happened we would have gone and picked the Dog up and bought him home but it was too late he was gone

But to get to the point i am trying to make

My brother was hit badly by this, So i thought up a plan so i could get him to take over Goran who i was  training, without him catching on to what i was doing hoping it would take his mind off the other Dog if he was working with one again,

It worked and over the last two weeks he has trained Goran, He not only trains him and takes him out. but feeds him etc i have nothing more to do with the 14 month old Dog

Goran does not bother about me now, he comes to have a pet or so, but as soon as my brother comes he goes to him and that is it, The Dog has now accepted him as his Master but since he was a Pup i cared for him, Trained him to what he is now, and fed him

My brother is happier, but i know he cannot replace the other Dog

Now this is why i am getting the Pup Heidi, so i can start again from thwe beginning

At the Club tmembers wonder why i do not train Goran Now, i have not said why, only our helper Rinus knows the truth why the change was made

Sorry to hear that, and i feel for your brother, I can't even imagine what would I do if that would happen to me, but I would say the guy that made the decision to put the dog down would have to start runing.

BTW when I was going out with my ex I always suck up to the sister that was cooking :) lol maybe I had more dog in me hahahaha :). Kind of respect the heand that feeds you lol :)

I always used the doggie underwear (yes with a tail hole) and put on always overnight with wings on them.  The wings wrap around the outside and hold the whole thing in place.  I got this from a friend who has multiple females in heat and this is the best and cheapest method she found.  It worked for me.

you can change it quickly to make sure it will not smell. BTW like I said my bitch is a bleeder like her mom's so this is the best thing so I won't get everything drench in blood :)
